Me and my son had a fantastic time ziplining yesterday with Arenal ziplining! We had 2 of the best guides Pablo and Ramirez. It was my son's 1st time ziplining and these 2 guides made it so easy for him and he had a blast. Can't recommend this company enough and it's some of the best ziplining if ever encountered. Don't think about it just do and Pura Vida. Mario

Fun and safe activity in the Arenal!

Ziplining is a bucket list activity for me in Costa Rica. I’m glad I chose this tour operator. Although there was a small miscommunication about pick-up time that led to my husband and me feeling rushed in the morning, once we arrived at the site, we had a lot of fun. We were in a bigger-than-usual group. For a few lines where it’s common for lighter or slower zipliners to stop before the end of the zipline, the friendly staff clipped in with the customers to ensure that we finish without having to move ourselves manually on the lines. Between simple Spanish and English and a lot of hand gestures, we felt safe with the instructions. The views from the top of the jungle were amazing. I would recommend this activity if you’re not afraid of heights and/or want to see Costa Rica from above the canopy.

We arrived a bit early, and the staff were very helpful in providing info for our 12 line tour. We got fitted for harnesses and helmets, watched a safety video, and away we went. It poured rain almost the entire time, but was so exhilarating!!

Well organized, fast service but have to wait in long lines at each station. I imagine that it would be faster in the rainy season, we just hit it at peak dry season.

Doing this experience with my son was amazing. He is a bit scared of heights but the staff was great to calm his nerves and be patient with him. After hesitating on the first run he was good for the rest. The views were amazing too. Only issue we had is the photographer wasn’t clear that we wanted pictures so we didn’t end up with any 😢

This activity was probably my favorite in La Fortuna. Super fun and such a great way to see the jungle from a different angle! Even though there is 12 zip lines and about 12 ppl groups I was very impressed that we never had to wait ( besides a little bit on the 2 longest zip lines) and everything went very smoothly. The staff is awesome and does a great job making you feel comfortable if they see you a little hesitant before starting ! I definitely recommend that activity to anyone that’s looking for some adrenaline !

This was our first zipline trip and we couldn’t have chosen a better tour! Our guides were very professional and provided clear instructions. The views were breathtaking. Get ready for a little hike between the drop off and the first zipline.

Ziplining was awesome but the best part was the guides, esp Charlie, Marvin, Eric and David who were very kind, helpful and laughed a lot which was so great. Be ready for a little hike to get to the first zip. Pura Vida!

Very fun. Lots of stair climbing, so be prepared. A great way to see the jungle. We were impressed that they were able to move a large number of people through 12 zip lines without making us wait very long, or feel rushed. They were “eyes everywhere” sticklers for safety without making you feel like there were a bunch of Nannys hovering over your shoulder. We’d definitely do this excursion again.

Let the hundreds of other 5 star reviews speak for this experience! It was the best zip lining I have ever done. From the efficient pickup, the locker storage, to the phenomenal guides, it was a great use of our time and money. The views are unparalleled. We elected to do the 12 line package, which has some mild hiking up stairs to get there (there were children in our group as young as 6 who were able to do it). If you do the 7 line package, you will not need to hike. I would recommend the 12 line package as you get a little more time in the ziplines!

Good trip but we were not able to access food from 10:30-4:30. We were left at the top to wait for the tractor with no restaurant available to access. Our time was randomly changed from 10:30 to 1:30 without any explanation. We asked if there was food onsite and told yes but not at the top where we waited around for 2 hours per instructions. If you go down to the base of the falls be sure to wear water shoes as the other tour companies are the only ones able to use the stairs, this means you’ll need to trek over slippery rocks. Zip lining was good.
