Lack of coordination

This isnt really a tour, each element is is booked in advance but you dont meet anybody from the company, no coordination between each element of the package. The guides for both the death road tour and the salt flats tour were great however, you need to find your own way between buses, restaurants and your tour operators. 3 hours wait time in the bus station in La Paz after returning from the Death road tour. When we arrived in Uyuni at 6.30am after the overnight bus the restaurant we were meant to meet in didnt open until 7.30am. Our guide for the death road tour took all our photos for us with the promise of sending them to us, however after numerous messages to the tour company we are still waiting some pictures. No t-shirt provided for the Death road tour. You could easily book this without going through Viator.
