      Amazing experience. Boat operators were friendly and kept the prosecco flowing while we cruised around CInque Terre. The spot we pulled over at to swim had tons of fish and was the perfect place for a little break.

      It was a fun day! The attention was excellent! We had drinks music and food! We stopped at one of the towns and had enough time to swing in clear water! I highly recommend it!

      What a wonderful day exploring Cinque Terre by sea. The communication prior to our departure was great! They responded immediately to emails and gave us directions for parking. The crew was delightful and knowledgeable. It was a beautiful day and felt magical as we sailed back listening to an eclectic arrangement of music!

      The drivers Alessandro and Pietro were really great and funny. They had perfect music and shared many stories with us and brought the group together. The food, rice and egg Parmesan cakes, spinach torte, potato torte and the regional pesto focaccia was delicious. This was great pesto!! Wine and Prosecco as promised. The sunset tour was fantastic we saw two schools of giant yellowfin tuna feeding and we got to the swimming/‘snorkeling’ spot (just goggles but it was enough) in time to see tons and tons of beautiful fish and to enjoy the swimming. For sure bring a jacket or blanket for the way back. Sunset and moon rise were beautiful.

      BEWARE!!!! SKIP THIS TOUR PLEASE many others in the areas to pick from with better customer service. POOR COMMUNICATION OMG!!!! Tour Time states 6 pm on the tickets and description, but they decide when the tour starts. Meeting Location is unclear, tour guides do not contact you or return phone calls except to tell you sorry we left you because you didn't get the message that meeting time was changed, and oh sorry no refunds! Did not even try to accommodate us on another tour on another time or day. Save yourself time and energy book and tour!

      Dear Sonia, we thank you for your feedback, but we wonder if you reviewed the right tour company, as we do not have any records of a booking under your name and what you state is wildly inaccurate. We provide multiple means of communication - mail, different phone numbers, whatsapp messaging - where we are always available for our customers and promptly reply. We do not "decide when the tour starts" (?!?), we move the starting time gradually back so our customers can enjoy the actual sunset, and the time of departure is clearly stated at the time of your booking. Another clearly stated information is the departure point: we even send a google maps link, but unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if you do not read the information provided. As stated in previous replies, we expect all participants to ensure they make it on time at the meeting point, and we cannot be held responsible for delays - this is to ensure the participants that made in on time have a perfect experience. Please note that is our main concern: our customers' satisfaction, safety and enjoyment of every minute they spend with us! SInce you did not make it to our boat tour, you sadly did not have a chance to experience it, therefore your calling this "worst experience" is really not a reflection of the service we provide but of your lack of organization getting to us.       We had the best boat trip with our family thanks to the incredible crew! We all left saying that it was the best last minute decision we made. Incredibly fresh focaccias and other light bites, great beer options and we had delicious Prosecco. Our favorite part: swimming in the Mediterranean Sea! That was an unmatched experience that we’ll never forget!

      Very nice cruise along all 5 villages. Boat was clean, spacious compared to others available in the area. There is a canopy for shelter from the heat which was nice. Crew was very friendly.

      This is a great way to see the 5 towns of Cinque Terre from a different perspective. Our skipper Alejandro and his first mate Pietro were wonderful. Alejandro explained a lot about the towns and pointed out areas of interest along the way. We stopped to swim into a cave. Had an amazing lunch with choice of wine. There was plenty of water to drink also. Highly recommend.

      We did the sunset trip and it was spectacular. Alessandro & Pietro were fantastic hosts and gave insightful detail into the history of the cinque terre. Boat is luxurious and comfortable, ample drinks and focaccia provided (no dinner). The swim between vernazza and corniglia is definitely a highlight of the tour. Best view of the cinque is by boat

      We had a wonderful day exploring the towns of the Cinque Terre from the water. The boat was great, and Alessandro and Peter were terrific guides telling us about the region and providing us w/ s nice lunch after snorkeling and cliff jumping in the most beautiful blue sea. My husband lost his Apple watch swimming, and Alessandro dove down and found it on his next tour. Highly recommend this tour!

      Had the most magical day!! Boat was on time & we were warmly welcomed by Alessandro & Pietro. Stopped at some gorgeous places along the coast & Pietro explained their significance to us. The swimming spot was unbelievably beautiful. Crystal clear water, lots of fish, an amazing cave you can go inside of. Lunch was delicious, as were the drinks. Music also a bonus. Cracking day.

      The crew, the snacks, the view - all was perfect! We had an amazing time on this tour. The boat even had a bathroom! They had snorkel gear on hand and we were able to jump in the water at one point and swim with the fish. They described the local baked goods they provided, and had local beer and wine. All in all, we had a blast!

      Great time and a must do. Hosts were outstanding and made it a fun trip. Water was beautiful, food and wine were awesome, and trip length was just right. So relaxing and such a beautiful view of the five lands from the sea. Grazie to our hosts!!!

      Viator offered a Cinque Terre boat tour from La Spezia port in Italy. Problem is, the meeting place (La Pietra marina in Levanto) is VERY hard to access from La Spezia. Viator told me the best way to travel to the meeting place was via taxi. However, on the morning of the tour, no taxi driver would take us there. One driver said that if we could find a taxi, the ride would cost about 150 euros each way. I tried multiple times to communicate directly with the local tour provider (Costa di Faraggiana Boat Tour), but it did not answer its phone. Bottom line, I lost over $500 on three tickets for an excursion my girlfriend, her son and I ended up not going on because we had no feasible way to travel to the meeting place. Viator denied my request for a refund. Now, I accept blame for not planning this excursion better and for not cancelling by the 24-hour deadline, but Viator should have never offered this excursion for travelers porting in La Spezia in the first place. And once I contacted Viator regarding options for traveling from La Spezia to the meeting place, Viator was no help at all.

      Hi Douglas, We are really sorry you were unable to arrive as you were unable to get organised. Our travelers arrive every day not only from La Spezia, but also from Tuscany and much further afield, of course you always have to plan your trip as you rightly pointed out. Leaving a review is a great thing, but you have to make the truth understood otherwise it's not right. So you just want to hurt because I understand that you are angry, that day we also waited at the port together with other customers who came from La Spezia and who arrived at the appointed time, we always recommend 10 minutes before departure. (there are often trains every 30 minutes and you didn't have to spend money on taxis) People who travel around the world always have to plan, everyone does, especially travel, in season it's always good to book and make sure where you are....we also pay high commissions for the service VIATOR offers, but this review will hurt only us. If you check there is also a review of a group that came the same day and would have been with you, same tour, and were happy without any problems.....they say Great experience!!!

      We got to Levanto and found out the tour was cancelled. Viatour did not notify us until 30 minutes before we were supposed to meet. Would have liked to know before. We were able to find another tour company when we got there on the beach so it all worked out. Tour guide was Marco

      Good morning , Tisha we are sorry, but we tried to be able to do the tour, the weather conditions changed in the morning and for safety reasons we had to cancel 2 hours earlier, also in agreement with the other passengers. Maybe you saw the mail later. You have to understand that it hurts us too, that as you well know we have refunded the total. Just as it's not nice to receive a negative review just for the weather conditions, in this case we can't do anything it's not up to us, without having been able to judge our service which, according to all our customers, always leaves a good memory. You really wanted to indicate that you managed to set sail despite the unsuitable sea and the warnings. We always work in safety and we don't like turning and making passengers sick. In the review you could have been kinder, more discreet, we work every day, with a young, qualified crew on board and we are sorry that you were not able to appreciate all this and took another boat, as you say, perhaps the only one that is went out that day with bad sea We hope for a next time and to be luckier, it will be a pleasure to welcome you on our new boat Mario Costa di Faraggiana
