Difficulty dealing with Viator.com and the tour operator. Initial day of tour canceled due to weather. The tour operator was slow to communicate a revised schedule and Viator customer service was useless. But the actual tour was wonderful…fun crew and nice boat. Great tour, when it finally happened.

Highly recommend this boat tour! I went with my husband and it was a great experience. The boat was comfortable, not too crowded, and the host was friendly and informative. I really enjoyed learning about the history. The pace of the experience was great- it didn’t feel too long or short. We stopped to swim twice and it was our favorite part. Goggles/snorkels were provided so you could see the fish.

This trip is absolutely fantastic!! A must do when visiting cinque terre. We all had a great times. The guides were accommodating, friendly and very educational. The brought lots of food and wine. And taught us a lot about cinque terre.

The guys on the boat were friendly and informative. The snacks provided were delicious! Our trip was only 7 guests which was great and was cut short but that didn’t matter. A part refund was immediately issued which was professional. I thought the trip was expensive for what it was and no fault to the tour operator, Cinque Terra not as beautiful as I expected it to be. I would still recommend but not essential.

This was our favorite tour! My three teen sons enjoyed the day with cruising, swimming and relaxing! Matteo was knowledgeable and flexible. Highly recommend!

The boat tour was a perfect way to see the 5 towns and get a history of Cinque Terre. The stop in Porto Venere was also fantastic. Lorenzo and William were great hosts!

Exceeded expectations! Clear directions for pickup made it easy to know where we were going. Lorenzo and William were very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. Getting to spend some time in Porto Venere and finding the perfect swim spot were awesome bonuses. Great aperitifs on board. Lovely way to spend a day after several days of hiking! Simply beautiful, relaxing, & special.

This was our favorite day in all of Cinque Terre! The price for the value of this outing in particular is outstanding. I’m confident you get more time in the boat for the money you spend on this cruise than any other. Amazingly friendly, great snacks, and just an incredible time. If you’re at all confused about pickup or the outing, just text them on WhatsApp and they’re incredibly responsive. I cannot recommend this enough!

Wonderful experience getting to see the 5 towns of the Cinque Terre from a less crowded perspective. We enjoyed our swim in the Mediterranean and the wine and food tasting were the perfect treat. We were a couple in a small group tour of 9 people and it was the perfect size.
