Simone was an excellent captain and gave us interesting information about the Italian culture and the villages on our trip. He has a delightful personality that facilitated quick bonding of four international couples that spent a wonderful day on this amazing excursion . Highly recommend.

Our tour was supposed to start at 10:00am. Simone texted us at 8:30am telling us it needed to be moved to 11:00am due to motor problems. We then waited at our pick up point until Simone finally texted us at 11:45am telling us it was canceled. There seem to be other reviews for this tour similar to mine. I would not recommend booking this. Very unreliable.

Seeing Cinque Terre was going to be the highlight of our trip to Italy and we took a train all the way from Florence to do it. The day before the tour, we received a message from the tour operator that the government would not allow any charter/tour boats to tour Cinque Terre and that we had to go to the Gulf of Poets instead. We were very disappointed but accepted this as not the fault of the tour operator. They combined us with the people who had booked the Gulf of Poets tour because they were cruise ship passengers who did not have time for the longer Cinque Terre tour. We enjoyed the Gulf of Poets tour which is the only reason I gave 2 stars but, upon futher research and in talking with several other people we met, we discovered that we fell for a total bait and switch. Other people told us that their charter boats with other tour companies were able to go to Cinque Terre on the same exact day as we were supposed to go! We could find no mention anywhere in our research about any type of government ban on boats visiting Cinque Terre on the day of our tour. We feel we have been cheated by this company and want to warn people that, if you want to go to Cinque Terre, DO NOT book with this company. By the time they let us know the day before our tour, it was too late to do any sort of research or find other options so we completely missed seeing Cinque Terre which should have been the highlight of our trip! I would not trust this company and wish we had booked with a different company so that we could have seen Cinque Terre!

Io e i miei amici abbiamo prenotato questo tour di un’intera giornata. Il capitano è stato puntualissimo. Devo dire che la barca è veramente bella, larga, comoda, silenziosa. A bordo c’è ogni tipo di comfort possibile e immaginabile. Il capitano parla benissimo l’inglese e ha saputo intrattenere tutti gli ospiti con racconti e spiegazioni sui vari villaggi e luoghi davanti ai quali navigavamo. Abbiamo fatto una sosta per pranzo a Monterosso e un’altra a Vernazza. Ottima musica ha accompagnato il nostro tour e i Drinks sono inclusi nel prezzo. Esperienza indimenticabile e consigliata a tutti. La prossima estate torneremo perché io e i miei amici vogliamo provare l’altro tour organizzato da Simone (il capitano) cioè l’aperitivo al tramonto. A presto! Grazie mille per la splendida giornata trascorsa insieme
