Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ordered car for 39th anniversary weekend. Got a text while in yransit that the vehicle chosen was not available but another one would be provided. Arrived at the LV airport and was notified that the car was canceled and I'd be getting a full refund. So our romantic, anniversary weekend was off to a bad start. Wouldn't use this company again if it was free.

ZERO STARS. Pretty crappy experience, I booked our ride in advanced to traveling, we arrived in Las Vegas with our 6 children, only to receive a message that our ride was canceled because you didn’t have a driver that could assist us.
