      Booking with viator great no issues. However Madamme tussauds itself was a disappointment. No1 on the first photo kiosk when tried to take yourself you had 2 seconds to get the photo. 2nd photo with the chips the quality Is terrible. We had photo package and yes we had about 5 photos downloaded the quality was terrible. When asked about photo at front said no staff there. And didn't seem interested in helping. Also really small for the price

      We had an amazing time during our visit to Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. The figures were so life like and it was a food mix of celebrities that both my teenage son and I could appreciate. The best part of using Viator was we got to save a few dollars on the admission price…who doesn’t appreciate a discount. I’m always able to find good deals with Viator.

      This was such a photographically wax museum. I thoroughly enjoyed taking pictures with the mannequins I recognized. My man and I loved it and even got to see a 3-D show! It served us well. Tickets were easy to purchase on Viator.

      Having never done Madame Tussaud’s in England when I saw it was here it had to be done It was fantastic and the wax models are lifelike you have to remember they aren’t real!       VIATOR purchase , will NEVER happen again !! I DONT suggest ANYONE purchase through them ! My flight was delayed and I was not given the opportunity to reschedule or refund . It wasn’t about the money , I finally made it him from Iraq and was able to get all my kids home at the same time to meet me’,& finally come to the Wax museum ; but my flight was delayed . **this was purchased through Viator , I even called and chatted in what’s App, which I STIL have the conversation screenshots -and they absolutely refused to refund or reschedule me : even when i. sent a screen shot of the cancellation from the airlines - they sent me to the actual venue and said they could do nothing . I just kept getting the runaround ,,, I showed the venue location mu tickets and still wasn’t allowed to reschedule - there was NO loss of myself and my party could have done a Difft time . All my calls and tested were in vain

      The figures are so life-like, that I often thought I needed to wait or stand back because they were real people looking stuff. Ive been before and was a little disappointed that some of the older figures were gone like Prince, unless I just missed him somewhere. I was pleased that there was no line and it wasn't crowded.
