It was difficult to locate where to get on the Big Bus tour. It was a very warm day and the bus had no air conditioning,the bus driver ( who was not very polite) told us to go up top but the top was open and it was hot up there as well. The stops were what was convient for the bus but not necessarily convient for the people using the bus

We bought a 2 day pass in Vegas. We checked in and were told we would get a third day free. We got on the bus and at the first stop we’re told the bus was broken and leaking and we would have to get off and wait for another. There was already a crowd and we’re told we would have to wait for an additional bus. Day 2 we arrived at the bus stop at 10:30, it was raining. The bus didn’t arrive until 11:20 and we were then advised the driver would be on break for the next 30 minutes. After waiting so long already we went back to the hotel. When we came back day 3 we were advised we didn’t have a ticket. So we never got to ride the bus or do the tour. This is not like the tours in other cities, very disappointed.
