A:The Slingshot is federally classified as a three-wheeled motorcycle. Most states (including Nevada) classify it as an Autocycle, which means that only a valid driver's license is needed to drive the vehicle.

Great experience glad I chose this tour. The slingshots were awesome, the guides were extremely knowledgeable of the area. Went to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam as well, beautiful scenery. Will definitely see them again, I suggest you try then as well.

My slingshot wasn't in perfect condition but it was still a blast. These machines get rented daily several times, it was a kick a$$ experience. Thank you! We will do it again in October!

We did ride in slingshots, however we drove by the canyon and not thru the canyon. There were a total of three stops for pictures but no trekking in the canyon. We didn’t enter into the park nor take the scenic drive in the park.. We were totally expecting some off-road viewing. Pretty disappointed.

Three words, don’t miss it!! Best thing I’ve ever experienced in Vegas! The slingshots are a BLAST to drive and the scenery is breath taking! Learned a great deal from our guide who is extremely knowledgeable and obviously loves the area. Take the time to do it. You won’t regret it!!

Was a very fun experience but u better be ready when you get there. The Slingshots were in a tight unit and the guide just told us to get in and drive it out.. didn't check to see if we had an experience just jump in and drive. U will be driving on the highway and next to big trucks and going fast.. at times it felt unsafe.. I was with my 11 year old .. was a mix between scary and adrenaline fun.. overall guide was great, experience was great.. would recommend

That’s unusual since we have been labeled a “stickler for safety”, A slingshot is like driving a car and we do confirm that the driver feels comfortable driving before taking off. We do say that for some tours you do go on the highway, but it’s for a short time. We’re glad you had a great safe experience. Thank you
Red Rock Canyon Slingshot tour

My favorite part of the trip was driving through the canyon. It was peaceful. Our tour guide Buck was great and knowledgeable. Also we were the only group so it made it that much better. One thing I will mention was the $20 for helmet rental. I didn't see in the original booking but I could mistaken. Luckily I had cash on me or we would have been screwed.

Driving the Slingshot was so much fun! But most of our time was spent on the interstate, not touring Red Rock. Extra fees-$20 insurance & $10 for helmet. Cash or cash app only.

Thank you for your feedback. The 2 hour tour states that we do go on the interstate for a short period. Due to the distance, it’s the only way to do it in 2 hours. Since this is mostly a driving tour, there’s plenty of driving time through Red Rock. There is a 3 hour option available. The other fees are on our website. ($20 optional additional driver ). Vehicle and touring problems

Some of the vehicles did not work properly. We were first taken on the express way when it was not necessary. We did not have turning signals on the vehicles. Going on expressway took longer which shorten the tour. Only one vehicle had a license tag. Very unsatisfied.

Buck was professional from start to finish. We stopped at a few places and he gave historical facts on each. Loved the little town we went to. The vehicles are safe. If you can drive a car you can handle one of these. Take cash for. Helmet rental and glasses if you need them and for your tip as well. I’ll be back for sure!!

The trip was fun and so was the guide. It was a beautiful trip through Red Rock Canyon and it was a fun break from gambling and drinking. The tour was informative and the car was a fun trip. At the end there is a great pot shop right across the street too! Would recommend

We went to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving and booked the Red Rock Canyon Slingshot tour. The tour was awesome. Very scenic and beautiful. Rick and his wife, the tour guides, were awesome and extremely helpful. I would have given the tour 5 stars but the owner, Zion, is unorganized. The check in process needs to be revised as he was unsure of who purchased what or who had trained on the slingshots. Overall, a good experience. Would definitely take the tour again.

Buck, our tour guide, made this incredible! We had a great time and were able to see some excellent sights along the way and learned some stuff too. The ice cold waters provided were an excellent feature, too! He helped capture photos and really tailored the tour around our group. Would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I did the Slingshot 2hour tour of Red Rock Canyon. It was amazing and the best part of our trip! Our tour guide was so awesome and great with taking pictures for us and with us! We will do this again!
Slingshot Red Canyon - ripoff

The trip was pretty boring and the slingshots were not so great. Also the tour guide talked to us like kids . He behaved like a drill Sargent. Ride. Also, initially he did not have my order correct tried to charge me again for slingshot or put us in a trike. Had to get my paperwork. Would not use again!! We had to pay for helmets but did not have to wear them….just appeared to be a lot of bs
