      Our driver was Charles and he was amazing! I highly recommend requesting him when booking this service. He liaised with me to arrange the pick up of my elderly mother and her friend and was so patient and made sure to confirm once he had them in his vehicle and safely dropped off at the airport.

      Our driver was Charles - friendly, polite and has patience. Our flight was cancelled twice and he was still available to drop us off in time at the airport. Thank you Charles. I recommend using Viator for your tours and transportation services. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and never had any issues.

      Charles our driver was very professional and told us he has been a resident of Vegas for years. Told us about he has seen major changes in Vegas. He was in time as well and met us a baggage claim as stated on the contract. I will use their service again.

      This service was superb! Mr. Charles was our driver, we booked for round trip transportation to and from the airport. Upon picking us up from the airport and taking us to our hotel, I had to make an emergency stop (less than 5 minutes) that was no problem for Mr. Charles’s schedule. We also booked him to take us a few places (off the strip) while on our 4 day vacation in Las Vegas. Awesome customer service! Thank you for making our trip even more memorable!

      Charming man who met and welcomed my wife and I at the airport. Sadly, he was not able to fulfill his commitment to pick us up when it was time to return to the airport. I called him when he did not show up to pick us up and he said that there was some issue with the baggage of the people he had just picked up and could pick me up in 30 minutes. I declined to accept his offer opting for Uber instead. He offered to return my money for the trip to the airport but think I will let him keep it. I hate to give him a bad report but think it might work in his favor in the long run as accountability is normally the best teacher. Having said all of this, I would give him another chance because I like him, and he did a good job meeting us at the airport.

      After a bit of confusion with the pickup location myself and my son were collected by Charles. He was very friendly and helpful. As we had booked a return journey, Charles took the details of our departure date and was there to meet us. I would definitely use the company again.
