We never docked due to a decision by the captain, he claimed dangerous weather condition's. I contacted the driver and Viator ad soon as I heard about a refund and was denied.

I'm sorry but I waited all morning and you canceled the tour at 11:30am making it impossible for me to do another job to make up for my day. The sea conditions were excellent and I have provided you with all the port reports for you can clearly see that all the ships scheduled for that day entered without problems so you can ask for a refund from the shipping company and they "must" give it to you. I repeat that I am sorry but I do this job to live and to help my family live, if I could recover I would have given you a refund for the money from the day lost by doing another tour from all the other ships that were in port but at midday it was impossible, greetings.

Truly fabulous to have a driver to get you from place to place quickly and efficiently.

We were so lucky to have this driver when we did. It was raining and often pouring most of the day. The driver would take us wherever we wanted to go, provided umbrellas, and waited close for us to return. He even made a lunch reservation for us. It was well worth the money especially since my mother has mobility issues. We saw so much! I would do it again even without my mother along.

Francesco was an incredible driver. He gave us all kinds of information along our tour to Pisa and Florence. The tour was superb. We were able to see both Pisa and the statue of David in the Academia as well as have a delicious lunch at a location recommended by Francesco. Thank you for an amazing trip!!

I don't recomend this tour. Our driver, Francisco, was a driver only. WE felt lost both at Pisa and in Florence. The tour would be MUCH better if it included a GUIDE.

I am very sorry about this but it would not have happened if you had read the entire tour plan where it is clearly written to: guides and languages that "the guide is not the driver"; if you had read it before you would have saved yourself a disappointment and me a bad review, but this can happen. I was pleased to meet you and your family and I hope you come back to visit the splendid Tuscany perhaps, if I can give you some advice, next time read the whole plan carefully so we can both avoid problems, thank you.

Our driver, Francisco was amazing! He did a fantastic job! He drove us to places we wanted to see all day long. He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. He made the whole day fun!!

A private car tour to Pisa and dropped off close to the leaning tower. Fluoresce was wonderful the driver was able to drive into the city center and dropped us off close to a very wonderful quite restaurant. The driver was knowledgeable of area with interesting facts. A private tour is the way to go. You can direct and no extra walking. My wife and I very much enjoyed this tour.

Had a wonderful driver Francesco who was very nice and accommodating to our wishes. Spoke wonderful English so he could tell us about the wonderful things we were seeing through the countryside on our way to Pisa & Florence. Francesco was extremely friendly and professional. Was very informative along the route. We decided to stop at a winery we researched and he was extremely accommodating and patient. Someone in our group was not feeling well and he was very accommodating. Like family. It’s a long drive but he made it interesting and time flew by.

Francesco was a wonderful guide. He was right on time and enjoyable to talk to. The van was very clean, had great a/c, and bottles of water ready for us. We went to Pisa first, then to Florence. We cut our day a little short because my 83 yo mom was struggling a little bit with the walking around Florence. So, Francesco took us by his home to show my husband and sons his cars. We met his wife and boys and it was lovely. I highly recommend Francesco!
