They were not clear on where to meet in the port. We wasted 30 minutes looking for the driver. The tour was not clear on what was included and it was extremely expensive.

Hello. Thank you for your message.
This is completely not true. Luckily we have proof that from the minute you wrote an email, we responded right away. But please for the future, call when you can't find the driver. The driver was waiting for you and the service began.
You were upset during the service because you wanted to add things that weren't included. I am sorry that we can't have extra hours and extra time for free. That is not how it works.
We understand that you didn't enjoy the service as you wanted to ADD Pisa and we mentioned to you that you had to pay extra because the tour didn't include Pisa. Please read what you have booked before acting in bad faith.
We explained to you that we can add Pisa if you wanted to, but there was an extra cost as the duration would be longer. But you got extremely upset because you wanted it included.
Regarding the price, there is no secret there. The price is online and you can see it when you book and you can see what is included. You cannot book something and then expect to receive something else because you decide you want to add something for free.
