      To find us, follow the freeway signs from the 710 to the Aquarium of the Pacific. You will merge onto Shoreline Drive; stay on Shoreline Drive past the Aquarium and Pine Avenue, then turn right onto Shoreline Village Drive.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    Lots of fun biking down the beach path! The bikes were easy to ride and navigate and perfect for two people.

    First I made a reservation paid the $28 I get there pay another $38 for no reservation and the bike my family gets is squicking the hole ride. Sounded like the debo family was cruising the boardwalk. Made the best of it of course. But could of been a great experience ended up being terrible 😔.

    Edwin, Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like your party may have been 4 adults, which would require a Double Surrey instead of a Single Surrey. We have made some clarifications to our products to make it clear that a Single Surrey at $28 is good for a small family with 2 adults and 2 small children or couple. That being said, it also sounds like you may have been double charged.
