Pickup details

Unlike for other ride share services, you do NOT need to take the Green Bus at LAX to be serviced by our company - we are exempt from it. We can bring you right to the curb next to your terminal. We will meet you at the date and time agreed on. If you do not see the driver for any reason, please call the operator you are holding a prepaid voucher. Follow the operator's instructions. Give the voucher to the driver.

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
  • Service animals allowed
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per SUV
  • Most travelers can participate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Just Don't!!

Driver turned up 40 minutes early, demanding he take us to airport as the LA traffic was worse than usual. During the frightening, hair raising trip we were told he was 74yrs old, the cost of living was dreadful, he could not afford to live, he was retired professor or lawyer, his son and daughter in law were rolling in money and that every other driver on the road was crazy. He managed to stall his AUTOMATIC car, cut in and out, hooted, drove with sat nav open on his phone in his lap. audio sat nav on - which he could not follow and then claimed kept changing its mind. He cut thru a gas station to save waiting for three cars at a left turn, cut people up, drove aggressively and constantly honked other drivers. I am seriously concerned this man has some neurological degenerative condition. He took calls to collect another fare after dropping us off, did not know the terminal we were going to, had no idea of the way to the airport and eventually double parked to drop us off after swearing at all other drivers. He then demanded a tip saying 'It's a kinda rule that you tip me'. We did not and luckily he was so desperate to collect his next fare he contented himself with shouting and driving off. I will NEVER use this service again, and I hope this driver gets the help he needs to either get of the road or learn to drive properly. I would appreciate you contacting me as both my husband and myself hold serious concerns about his capabilities to drive. I don't frighten easily, and my husband not at all, but we held very grave concerns for our safety.

Not black car service at all - smelled like cigarettes

The gentleman that picked me up was nice, but It was not a Black car as the pictures list. It was a old car that smelled like cigarrettes. I would not go with this car service ever again.

Driver JJ, aka Dr. Spinner, was a great person to take us to LAX airport through Private Departure Transfer after 5 day stay in L.A. following our 2-week Panama Canal Cruise celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. JJ was personable, friendly, and very very efficient. A very nice soul as well. We learned a lot about him. He helped us immensely at airport with luggage and personal effects, as well as, hailing down airport staff to assist us rest of the way. Good way to end our trip.

Awful, Stressful, Costly

Following on from my review of the awful arrival experience with Carmel we expected the departure experience to be somewhat better - oh how wrong we were. I had to ring them the day before (cost £8.75) to confirm pick up at which point the operator gave me the number of the car. About 15mins before the pick up time I received a call saying the car was outside and ready for us. We went out side but there was no car, let alone one with the number I had been given (another £10.50). After about 15mins with no sign of the car I called the number back and quickly hung up as it was a number in Israel !! I rang the main number and eventually got through to driver who said he was ta the hotel - we looked around and found him sat in his car at the end of the forecourt. Now we were the only people in then location stood waiting with suitcases so pretty obvious we were his fare. Now I as I had got stung for a hefty tip on the arrival transfer I thought no tip this time but changed my mind and had a tip ready of about 25% of the fee we had pre paid. I handed this to the driver who said it wasn't enough and I had to give him more (he was a bug bloke) as he said it was an upgraded car (which I hadn't asked for) so I had to give him another $10 !! So in all with the cost of phone calls and extortionate tips this ended up costing more thank double the original price - as mentioned on the arrival review this was by far the worst transfer I have ever experienced and I would advise people to avoid and Viator to find another provider

Very disappointed in Viator!

We booked transportation to LAX from the hotel 1 week in advance and paid in full. During the night before our 4 am pickup we received a cancellation text from the company and told us if we wanted a refund we’d need to let Viator know and they may refund. That left us with no planned transportation in a city where Ubers are still hard to get during off hours. Very very disappointed and sad to say we will no longer rely on Viator.

Private transfer is the way to go, just didn't like the way the driver said to me that when we arrived at the airport that his tip was 10. I honestly thought it was up to the traveler on how much you tip, especially after you've already paid for the service.

No enviaron el vehículo solicitado y entramos en uno pequeño como sardinas. El conductor nos cobró un adicional de 60 dólares arbitrariamente y en efectivo pues en teoría tampoco era eso lo que habíamos pagado. Una vergüenza.
