A great full day, even if one of the caves was a conveyor belt of tourists, it proved worth it in the end.

Great guide, very knowledgable. Travel from Camp de Mar in SW Majorca took 2.5 hours including pick ups from other hotels. Had 45 mins in the pearl factory then headed to Caves of Hams. Had 45 minutes in the caves then taken to Porto Cristo to get some lunch. Had 1hr 15mins in Porto Cristo before heading the Caves of Drach. Had 1hr 20mins in Caves of Drach and surrounding Cafes before heading back to our hotel. The only part of the trip I wasn't impressed with was being hurried along in the Caves of Drach by the onsite guides. Felt like we were hurried through and not really given chance to relax and take pictures at our own pace without being abruptly told to "move along", or "you can't stand there" I understand it's a timed entry but that's no excuse for rudeness. On the return journey we made an unexpected, very pleasant 30 minute stop off in Manacor for a liqour tasting and souvenier shopping opportunity. Entire day from Camp de Mar to the destination and return to hotel was around 10 hours.

Two caves in one day but long journey

The caves are impressive, Drach more than Hams. The tour is better value because it incudes the two caves. Didn’t leave Palma until 10.00 because of all the pick ups. Stopped half way to see the Pearl factory which was ok and incudes loo visit! Hams cave visited first, followed by 45 mins in Porto Cristo then Drach in the afternoon. Cave was very busy and you are in a steady flow of hundreds of people. Guide was functional… gave basic info on the way there. Actually spent more time travelling on the coach and waiting for departure than time spent in the caves.

Total disaster of an experience!

This was one terrible excursion. They said they pick you up at your hotel and then they said that the bus could not go to our hotel made us walk to a bus stop to be picked up. When we got there the driver did not have our names and told us to get of the bus. I showed him our ticket and he let us back on. Then when we got to the other meeting place they put us on a bus with people from different nationalities, the poor guide had to repeat the same thing in five different languages over and over again it was not a good experience. Then when we got to the caves they said we didn’t pay to go inside the caves and told us to go back in the bus which again we had yo show them our confirmation email that showed we paid for the full excursion so he let us go inside the caves. At the end of the excursion the bus that could not pick us up at our hotel some how was able to take us back to the hotel !!! It was a total disaster!!! I Don’t recommend this excursion. .

Very average

Overall a very average day, spent almost an hour and a half picking everyone up in the morning, didn't leave Palma until almost 10am then made a pointless stop at a pearl factory which was essentially a 30 minute toilet break. The Hams caves were pretty amazing, worth a visit. Porto Cristo is so beautiful, pity you only get an hour here which is tight to get lunch. No other food is provided so this is only lunch option, perhaps if we hadn't spent so long at the pearl factory then that time could be spent enjoying lunch in Porto Cristo. The caves of Drach were equally as amazing to see but far far far too busy, it actually felt unsafe in there they crammed so many people in all at once. The concert at the end was excellent. Every single thing the tour guide said was done in 4 languages which was irritating towards the end of the day. Then we spent almost another two hours on the bus coming back dropping everyone off. You would be better renting a car and driving there yourself, sure it would probably cost more but honestly worth it and you wouldn't have to listen to everything 4 times. The caves are amazing but it felt like the majority of my time was spent sitting on the bus. The tour guide got off the bus in Palma before everyone was dropped off, people were trying to ask questions and he just walked away and the bus driver drove on.

Our guide Vivviene was lovely. To speak 5 languages and to give info about each place was great. The caves were absolutely amazing. The little Porto Cristo looks like a lovely old town, very short time to see but for sure gives you an idea for future to visit again. It's nice to have an idea about pearls made but a little too expensive for me.

Excellent tour, highly recommended, Tony the guide was also excellent. Enjoyed the 3 stops besides the caves. It would be great if wearing a mask is required when coughing and sneezing constantly for any passenger with these symptoms.

I enjoyed this trip. Seeing both caves was a great experience they were both special and warranted being seen. The live concert and boat ride at the caves of Drach was priceless. The break at the Port was more than enough time for a quick bite and some sightseeing.

Seeing the drach and ham caves. Worth a visit. Should have both been included in the tour. Porto Cristo was a good place to stop off for lunch. I think the pearl factory visit was a waste of time. Communication between different buses was not smooth to sort out transfer between hotels. Our chair was broken which meant my husband had to sit up the whole journey. The tour guide spoke in four languages. Would have preferred the whole tour in English and would have wanted to learn a bit more from the tour guide.

Visiting the caves was a great first time experience for me- it was a rainy day too, so glad to see excursion options for non sunny days. Tour guide was helpful, kind & informative about all areas visited. Beautiful caves! The mini classical concert in Drach Caves was fantastic, even though it was a bit packed. Definitely a great experience

The caves were all FANTASTIC, as well as the guide Viviane. Queing time too long at Hamar though. And the pearl shop was a waste of time. And the morning pickup was messy, we left Palma really late, and then had almost no time in Porto Christo.
