All participants’ heights must be provided at the time of booking
Subject to weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
Electric bikes pedal and handle just like a regular bicycle. The electric component augments human power but does not completely replace it. It makes obstacles like hills and headwind more manageable and allows you to travel further without getting as tired.
The tour schedule is adapted to cruise ship passengers. You have time to come from the Marseille cruise port to us in the morning before 10 am and return to the ship in the early afternoon or continue your visit in the city.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Vincent was an incredible guide! He was extremely thoughtful and caring, making sure not to leave anyone behind. A few of us in the group were beginners/nervous and he made sure to assist us get back on the bike and would bike back to check on us before continuing. No one was left behind and we all completed the tour feeling very accomplished thanks to Vincent’s help! The views were STUNNING - I highly recommend this tour for everyone! Probably the best way to explore the Calanques!

Nicholas is a great guide to make sure that no one was left behind. For travellers whose home country may not have rocky terrain or coastal wind - not to fear, can just go slow. If u r worried on the steep slope, the electronic bike is a life saver - various mode for u to choose depending on intensity. Tip - sunglass is a must! Make sure ur helmet fits u perfectly. The strong wind will just blow it away. Return leg there’s few road routes with roundabouts. If not confident with cycling on the road, believe u can flag out to the guide to make sure you trail directly behind the guide. Good thing that the French are very patient to the cyclists! They will stop for the cyclist/ keep a safe distance. (April visit, weekday, 6pax in the guide tour)

Only thing worth doing in Marseille

This was the next and probably only worthwhile activity in Marseille! It’s a beautiful escape from the crowded noisy city center and I would book again if I ever go back to Marseille. Martin was very friendly and a good guide that frequently checked on the riders to make sure we were all okay with pace. Great value and while the location may seem far from Vieux Port, it’s a much better atmosphere and overall vibe.

Great bike tour

This was our first day in France so it was a great start. The bike ride was beautiful and the electric bikes made the climbs easy. It was wonderful going down to the Mediterranean and we actually had time for a swim. The biking felt very safe and the guides were great.

I want to start out by saying that this “your” was not at all what we expected but was absolute perfection. I laugh now because we were expecting a casual leisure electric bike tour, not a vigorous mountain biking excursion with electric assist LOL. It was great fun, stunning views, and “Brenda” was an absolutely amazing and hilarious guide. The scenery is stunning and it was really nice to connect with the outdoors while on vacation

A lovely trip! Not for beginning bikers, as there is some road travel among cars and some steep climbs that are a bit tiring even with the electric assist. But so fun and beautiful views!

Cyril the tour guide was the best!!! He made our experience so enjoyable, he was kind, and understanding to all our needs. He was so responsible and made sure all the riders were ok all the time!! He had good humour which added alot and he explained very well the places we passed, gave us time for pics. Cyril should teach tour guides how he does it - unbelievable!! We were blown away by him

We had an amazing time on our e-bike tour! The national park was closed that day due to high winds but Tomas, our guide, modified our trip to see more of the city and we still got to see the calanques! We biked up to the Notre Dame cathedral, around Palm beach and through a beautiful park. Overall we were thankful to see even more of the city up close. Tomas was so friendly, helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend!

A group of four of us really enjoyed this bike tour through the Calanques. There are definitely some more difficult paths that I would say are a bit hard than "moderate"(a younger couple did drop out on the first one and returned) but overall it was a great experience! The second leg does take a bit to get to the overlook but it was also a great workout depending how much you used the highest power to help you through some of the parts. A few people on the journey did pop their chain because they switched gears too quickly on the hill- our instructor was amazing with these fixes and fixed it within minutes. Overall great experience with a great guide and fellow adventurers.

Good Scenery, Be Prepared for the Physical Part

The meeting point was a bit challenging but still fairly straightforward to arrive at. There's no toilet at the meeting point though there's a public one within 10 min walking. The scenery was nice and there was about 30 minutes at the beach to jump in (not a whole lot of time, but you can get some photos). The biking part was rigorous at times, even with the electric help. Be comfortable with the seat height, if it's too high, you can hurt yourself falling. The electric part helps you most of the way, so I don't think it needs to be at the most optimal efficient height, just comfortable and you feel safe.

The views of the Calanques were stunning, but definitely need to have e-bike experience if you’re choosing this tour. There were many times that we were weaving through busy roads and round-abouts, and a good portion is uphill on uneven ground. The group size was larger than 10 people, but there were 2 tour guides who were very friendly and helpful. Anticipate about 40-45 min and €50 each way to the meeting point if you’re on a cruise ship.
