Your Exclusive Tours will meet and greet our guests in the lobby of their Melbourne Hotel, place of accommodation, collect from Station Pier in Port Melbourne from their cruise ship or Melbourne Airports. We can accommodate other locations via mutual agreement. Our business is accessibility friendly and understands that everyone has different capacities and requirements. We have the ability to carry mobility aids (i.e. wheelchairs, scooters, walkers etc) and strollers in our vehicles. The majority of our stops are accessibility friendly, however we can tailor your tour to suit you and your needs. We encourage you to reach out to discuss your requirements with us. Had a great day with Andrew, our driver and guide for the day. He drove us all around showing us a lot of beautiful Melbourne. Went to Brighton Beach to see the $400,000 storage shacks, the amusement park, the Shrine of Remembrance, the Royal Botanic Gardens and stopped for coffee and pastries at a great Italian place. He was also very accommodating as we needed to make a couple of errand stops.

12FEB24, We chose this tour because we wanted to see Melbourne AND go to a Sanctuary-Zoo-To see the Kangaroos and Koalas. In the description of the tour it says ''Customize this tour exactly how you’d like it'' So Contacted Rob and he made it happen! The sanctuary was extra and 3 hrs more but it was very reasonable. What a beautiful day and experience that we had. This was a private tour, we spent about 7 hrs together, we did not regret. Weather was hot ( 37 C) other than that, very nice day.
Melbourne is a must to see, the history and culture and art so beautiful. Rob made it very interesting.
Rob was so knowledgeable, flexible and friendly, he was part of our little group :).

We had a great time traveling with Rob through Melbourne and surrounding areas. He made sure that we saw everything from the best places. Traffic was bad, but he was tenacious. Especially loved going to Brighton Beach and seeing the bath boxes. Great day.

sWe had an absolutely wonderful time touring Melbourne with Kylie ! The Sights and Sounds tour is the way to go and having a comfortable ride in Kylie's most comfortable Mercedes is the best way to see the Melbourne including the beach areas. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have only a few days in Melbourne as it is so efficient to have someone take you around. Kylie is so knowledgeable of the area and very easy to talk to. You cannot go wrong with this tour company!!

Our group of 8 had a lovely morning with our guide Kylie. We explored the city at a leisurely pace. Kylie kept us organized and comfortable. We loved our snacks from Queen Victoria Market. This is a great introduction to Melbourne. Would highly recommend .

Our first trip to the beautiful city of Melbourne was amazing thanks in large part to our tour guide, Jennifer. She could not have been more delightful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She really worked hard to provide a custom tour designed around out interests. We saw gorgeous parks and beaches and enjoyed a great lunch together at a bustling local eatery. The food was absolutely delicious. A very memorable day. We left as very satisfied customers.

What a wonderful way to explore Melbourne! Our guides were fantastic and personable. They were fun and provided information in a conversational style. We got the tastes, the sounds and the vibe of this lovely city. Highlights included a walkabout the Victoria Market, a visit to St. Patrick's Cathedral and walking along the Brighton Beach and seeing the famous Beach Houses, The Fitzroy Gardens were lovely.
