Ross was a great tour guide! The views of the 12 apostles were stunning!! It’s a bit of a long day but filled with beautiful views. We even got to see wild kangaroos and koalas in nature which was so special!

Melvin was friendly and very knowledgeable about the sites we visited, the flora and fauna and the entire area. He was conscientious of our time constraints, and worked with us to get the most out of our trip. We were treated to some wonderful small town restaurants on our trip out and back! He brought us not only to all the best spots to take pictures, but also to the best lunch spot (we had really, really fresh seafood)! While scenery was certainly very beautiful, our guide/driver Ange was fantastic. My family and I had good conversations with him throughout the tour. Drive was long but time went by fast.

Watching the penguin parade was truly memorable. Also had a great time watching Kangaroos, Koalas and other Australian speciality animals at the Moonlit Sanctuary. Our guide was awesome.

We had Anje as our guide, and although the weather wasn’t cooperating, we had a fabulous day! He made a lot of stops, recommended a delicious place for lunch, we had coffee breaks and saw all the beautiful scenery in between. The car was very clean, Anje was an absolute pleasure to talk with and he had anything and everything we needed! Highly recommended! Thank you for helping us make a very memorable day!

We were very disappointed in our guide. His limited knowledge of the geology of the area, as well as flora and fauna made for unenlightened tour. We appreciated the scenery and enjoyed seeing the Great Ocean Road and monoliths, but it could have been so much more.

Hi Nancy, I appreciate your review. As you may be aware, Australia has 24000 species of Flora and Fauna, and when driving and being asked what tree it is at 80-100kms per hour unless the guide is a park ranger, they won't have an answer and best to tell you they are not sure, most would have a book to look up and confirm. I also appreciate that it was more interesting to you despite all the other attractions, information and well-planned itinerary. Still, I am confident we know the area's geology quite well, including the type of soil and how it was formed millions of years ago if any confusion or misunderstanding was not stated on the tour day as other group members said they enjoyed the trip and gave a tip at the end. To give it two stars would mean the tour was terrible, dangerous and a waste of time. We, however, understand that we may not be able to please everyone as expected, but I appreciate your feedback and take it into account.

He answered every single question I had, took a detour to show me kangaroos, stopped whenever I needed to eat or use services and hit all the points on the great road even repeating a stop when I decided to explore it further. Just an overall great experience and I was treated well and with respect.

The drive is absolutely spectacular along the coast, through parks and rainforests, farm lands, small towns. There are look outs from where one can view the limestone formations that are rocks in the middle of the sea. Truly a memorable experience.

Had a wonderful time visiting the Great Ocean Road. Melvin was excellent, he showed us great locations at our own pace and avoiding the crowds as much as possible. Vehicle was very comfortable, fully stocked with water and great music selection, which made the long trip very pleasant. This is the way to do it
