Hi Nancy,
I appreciate your review. As you may be aware, Australia has 24000 species of Flora and Fauna, and when driving and being asked what tree it is at 80-100kms per hour unless the guide is a park ranger, they won't have an answer and best to tell you they are not sure, most would have a book to look up and confirm.
I also appreciate that it was more interesting to you despite all the other attractions, information and well-planned itinerary. Still, I am confident we know the area's geology quite well, including the type of soil and how it was formed millions of years ago if any confusion or misunderstanding was not stated on the tour day as other group members said they enjoyed the trip and gave a tip at the end.
To give it two stars would mean the tour was terrible, dangerous and a waste of time. We, however, understand that we may not be able to please everyone as expected, but I appreciate your feedback and take it into account.
