Not a tour but only transportation

This really isn’t a tour but rather just transportation - you are transported from Merida to Chichenitza and then to lunch and then to the Cenote. At each point you have to pay separately and not during any spot was information given, no tips/tricks about what to see or do or avoid in each spot. It was basically being driven to a location, dropped off and “enjoy and I’ll pick you up in an hour”. Definitely not worth it

Great guide who was very knowledgeable and was happy to be part of a fun group. I enjoyed everything except the tourist restaurant and its tourist dancers. I would have been more than happy to skip this and eat from a local cafe. After all, I travel to enjoy the local scene, not be protected from the local people.
