Tour provider (Yucatan Excursions) never showed up

Our provider never showed up, never notified us of cancellation, and did not respond to inquiry messages, or request for phone call via what's app. I would avoid this provider. We did call Viator, who was somewhat helpful, and said they would investigate for a refund, but that is yet to be determined whether it will pan out. All in all, pretty disappointing.

I am waiting for my refund!!! Local tour operator didn’t respond to phone, email or show up. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The only thing that salvaged the experience was that I was able to rebook the trip with another, reliable company…

Polo is THE perfect guide!! Estávamos eu, meu esposo e nossa filha de 5 anos. Pontual, carro super limpo, ainda com almofadas para cabeça e cobertores e toalhas para nos enxugar após os cenotes. Gostamos de aprender as comidas e cultura local e ele também nos ajudou nessa tarefa. Tira fotos excelentes da gente! Em Chichen Itza conseguiu um guia para nos acompanhar excelente também e nos levou em um Cenote que nao estava cheio de turistas que foi o máximo! E nos ajudou muito com os exames de PCR para covid para voltar para o Brasil, encontrando um laboratório para fazer sem precisar marcar hora. Recomendo muito!!!
