Easy to find Guide Service, just outside port
Francisco our guide, and Erick are our driver we're great. Knowledge of the ruins and the area. Boat ride out on Bacalar,swimming,then lunch at local restaurant.clean transportation, air conditioning. Highly recommend.

Good excursion
Walked out of the cruise compound, found the fake pyramid, and vendor was right next to it in a large shack, though the name was hard to read. They have new and clean vans with strong AC. Took us to the ruins and good narrative. Stopped for pineapples and coconut. Exactly as expected.

Great experience
Our tour guide Rafael and driver Jose were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was not hard to find the pick up spot and we were immediately given cold water. I liked the tour because it was smaller compared to the one given by Royal Caribbean and at a more reasonable price. Rafael’s English was excellent. We also got to stop at a local frutería which had delicious fruit. Overall it was a good experience. Van was clean, spacious and had AC. No complaints.
