    Edmundo was punctual, friendly, and a great driver! His car was clean and air-conditioned. When we were done at Teotihuacán, he took us to some nearby caves to explore—an awesome addition to the excursion. He also found us a spot to grab lunch before heading home. Throughout the day, Edmundo was a fountain of information who answered our many questions about the local area/culture. He even had some great recommendations for other things to do around CDMX in the coming days. Highly recommend!

    Efficient option

    Our driver Ricardo was courteous and on time. We got a text before he arrived. I was traveling with older family so he suggested the most efficient route. We got dropped off at door 5 and as promised he was waiting for us at door 3. He had cold drinks for us. Turned the AC on for a comfortable ride back to the hotel. Definitely the way to go if you’re traveling with older family and don’t want a tour guide. I prefer to wander on our own.

    It was a good trip with Ricardo. We got a call and a text the night before the trip to confirm pick up area. Ricardo came on time to our door to pick us up, and picked us up by the gate #3 when we were exiting Teotihuacan. He saw us and drove directly toward us, we did not have to look for his car. We felt safe and comfortable. He gave us nice cold bottles of water after 3 hours of walking under a hot sun. The trip was excellent, I would recommend this service.

    Edmundo arrived 15 minutes early to our designated meeting place, was very friendly and polite and the car was clean and good. He was an excellent driver and it only took an hour to get there. We arranged to meet after a few hours and exchanged numbers so we could text. After visiting the ruins we asked for a suggestion for lunch and he took us to a very nice place, not a tourist stop. Our return to CDMX was smooth and it was altogether a great experience.

    Our driver and guide were punctual, flexible when we had to change our pickup location and time, and very friendly. They had great recommendations along the way and lots of knowledge of the sites. I would definitely recommend this trip for a small group of about 4-8 people

    Driver never showed up to pick us up. They never contacted or reached out until an hour later telling us he was on his way. We already cancelled the experience at that point and the refund process takes another week. I ended up having to pay another driver about the same amount of money. I suggest you just get an uber driver if you want to go to the pyramids, and they will usually take you there and wait for you and take you around where you want to go if you just pay them outside the app. Don’t waste your time and money with this company.

    Excelente servicio. Llego a la hora indicada. Inclusive despues de nuestra visita a Teotihuacan llegamos al restaurante la Gruta donde el chofer nos ayudo con la reserva.
