We pick up at hotels and vacation rentals and other locations in many Miami, Hollywood, and Ft. Lauderdale areas and neighborhoods. We also pick up from Port Miami ---- We can drop off at Port Miami and Port Everglades. We can drop off at Miami Airport and Ft. Lauderdale Airport. We can provide a convenient meet up location for anyone coming from outside our pick up areas, including those coming from the Keys, Homestead, and other south Miami-Dade County locations. This tour is also great for those coming from Fort Myers, Naples, and Marco Island! We can provide a convenient meet up location for those coming from north or west of our pick up range in Ft. Lauderdale. For shared tours, we may not be able to pick up north of Sunrise Blvd. or west of I-95 in Ft. Lauderdale. We provide free luggage stowage. Some guests may decide to be dropped off at the airport, cruise port, or at a different location or hotel at the conclusion of the tour. There is no extra charge for this service, as long as it is within our transportation zone. We assume that guests will be returning to the same pick up or meet up location at the end of the tour unless they arrange these details with us ahead of time. We are usually able to provide a broader range of transportation for private tours. The standard pick up time is about 7:15 or 7:30 a.m. However, we will message you the afternoon before the tour to provide you with the exact pick up time. This time will typically be a 10 minute window of time. Please be sure to be ready prior to that pick up window.

Lindsay was our tour guide and we was very knowledgable about the animals and the Everglades. Tristan was our airboat guide and lead our tour on the most memorable part of our adventure. He shared many expert facts on all of the animals and also the Miccosukee natives.

Worth the time and money

Would highly recommend this tour. It was a good use of our time spent and worth the price. Our tour guide Tammy was very personable and knowledgeable. The minute she picked us up for the tour, she explained the surrounding areas of Miami as well as the Everglades and she was able to answer all of our questions. Berto handled the fan boat very well and was patient with all of our questions and is very knowledgeable. He took us to a tree island where wildlife rescue takes place and allowed us to touch some of the little creatures. Definitely a highlight of our Florida vacation.

Absolutely awesome tour of the Everglades National Park. Our tour guide was knowledgable and engaging. She pointed out all types of flora and fauna and then provided us information about it all. We saw Alligators (including babies), turtles, fish and birds. And a ton of different flowers and things. The Airboat Ride was also amazing and our boat captain super knowledgable and informative. Really a fantastic tour!

Exactly what we were looking for!

This was the perfect way to spend one of our two days in Florida! There are two things I like to learn about a new place when I travel: its human history and its natural history. And we got our fill of both on this tour! We got picked up in Ft Lauderdale (not at our hotel, but a short Lyft ride away) and on the hour-long drive into the Everglades proper, our guide gave us a fascinating intro to the history of southern Florida, from the first Native residents through the Spanish, English and Americans. Then we stopped at a convenience store on the Miccosukee reservation and grabbed snacks before heading to the visitor's center of the national park proper. There another, equally enthusiastic guide took us on an hour or so walk and pointed out all kinds of plants and animals, which is exactly what we wanted when we chose a naturalist-led excursion. Finally, we went back to the reservation for an airboat tour with folks who grew up in the area and knew it like the backs of their hands, who knew exactly where to find a nest full of anhinga chicks or the basking spots of specific alligators (shout out to Mama the gator, who deserves her own Insta page if she doesn't already have one). We spent a lot of the trip on Miccosukee land and the tour company seemed to prioritize making sure their presence benefits the tribe economically, but without making a big deal of it or advertising it - they're just quietly doing the right thing and that's cool. Slightly disappointed in the trip back, in that we only had one van to return people to both Miami and Ft Lauderdale, which meant that my husband and I lost an hour or so of our afternoon on the highway - but we did get to see a bit of Miami, and our guide continued to be fun and knowledgeable, so ultimately it was OK. She dropped us off on Las Olas and we got to spend the afternoon shopping before heading back to our hotel. Overall, a really great trip.

Wasn’t worth $160+ per person. The most expensive airboat activity and didn’t offer anything more than others that are $70+. Tour guide was sweet, airboat ride was the best. Expected so much more and overall feel it could have been a much better experience. Starting with confusion of pick up and drop offs etc. A bit messy. Glad we drove on our own for sure.

They picked us up from South Beach Miami. Elijah gave us water cantins. They provided snacks, water, air conditioned clean van. We saw real alligators up close . Everything was great; Elijah and his colleague were full of knowledge and information about Florida and the wild life.

What an amazing tour! Our guide was so knowledgable. She knew history, plants, snakes and birds. Her enthusiasm was off the charts. She clearly loved her topics. The airboat ride was also incredible. We had a wonderful tour guide who grew up in the area, and had been touring through the Everglades since he was 8. He was very informative. Both guides were very interested in protecting the Everglades.

Fantastic 2 tours in one!

We were picked up at our hotel in Miami and transported to the shark valley entrance of the park. Lindsey was a great guide that explained the history of the park, and pointed out plants and animals to the small group of about 10 people. It was great having a naturalist point out things we saw. We did see an alligator, some birds, a turtle, a baby cottonmouth snake. The walk was easy and we stopped by the park visitor/gift center. Next we drove over to the airboat dock operated by the Miccosukee Indian’s and took an airboat ride to a small Indian village. The airboat was operated by a Miccosukee Indian medicine man and he explained the cultural history of the Miccosuke people and the village. It was the highlight of the tour. We saw a couple gators in their natural habitat. The airboat portion was about a hour, but the airboat ride was much shorter than that. That was good though because the airboat is VERY loud and the scenery is all about the same. When I was looking for airboat tours I wanted a long airboat ride. I was completely happy with the tour and highly recommend it. It was GREAT!

Excellent tour! Shoutout to Tammy for being such a great guide. From start to finish this tour was extremely action-packed and accommodating. The air conditioned van was very spacious, the tour guides are very knowledgeable, and you will definitely see a lot of interesting wildlife. Highlight is taking an airboat ride through the swamp to an island where Native Americans used to reside. Saw tons of alligators, rare birds, turtles, and plenty of interesting flora and fauna.
