Very disappointing. I would never book again.

Very disappointed. It was cinco de mayo, customs had over 300 people waiting. I arrived and was held back in customs. I could not answer my mobile due to the policies in CBP. The driver called me while in customs and when I tried to silence my phone, it sent an auto message. I then sent a follow up message saying in customs, can’t answer. He said ok. Then he chose to leave and not respond further or inform me. I tried calling when I cleared customs, he never answered. I called management, and they began scolding me for taking long. It’s an airport I have no control over customs. Provide a service that you understand. Not one that you are trying to make quick money. I want a refund.
