We scheduled pickup for 9 am to take us to the port of Miami but then we had a lot of travel delays, so I called and asked to push to 11 am for pickup. I was told that 11 am would not work due to other trips and the port being very busy on Sundays. He said 10 am would be fine. So we rushed to make 10 am work and then sat and waited. I called to check on it around 10:10 am and was told “your reservation is for 11.” I explained what I was told about 11 and he said he would get someone there asap. But nobody arrived until 11. So all of our rushing to get everyone together by 10 at their request wasn’t necessary. So that was very frustrating. But the drive itself was fine and the driver was very helpful with our luggage and my father’s wheelchair so that was good.

I had made several calls to arrange pick up for 20ppl from hotel to port on a coach bus. The tour guide called the morning of and complained about pickup time and having to sit in traffic. I am from Chicago so I know about sitting in traffic, but I paid alot of money for what I wanted and didn't get. I feel I need to be refunded at least half my money. Especially since I wound up with two small 12 passenger vans and they were 30 minutes late picking us up and my party got seperated at the port.

My experience was horrible, the driver called six times. I explain to him that I just landed and still had to get my luggage, he was rushing me and I started getting very annoyed. He was rude and obnoxious. I will never use this service again

Excellent service! The driver called us and kept in contact with us to ensure we were meeting at the correct location! Super flexible when we changed our pickup times and they even waited extra time when we got stuck in customs longer than expected! Highly recommend this service!
