Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The trip was a great time. Brandon was very knowledgeable and took the time to makesure the group knew exactly what to do. One thing that made it even better was the small group we were in. We were able to take our time and enjoy the trip down the river and all the city lights. Would highly recommend booking a trip and if you can get Brandon as your guide, even better!

A must-do-tour when you visit Miami

What a fun trip! It was hot. It was humid. But we had a great time paddling those kayaks. The tour guide was such a cool guy. Very helpful and interesting. The boats were in good condition. The views were cool and the yachts that passed us were amazing to see up close. And to be in the heart of Miami’s buildings all lit up at night was a sight to behold. You do need to have some athletic ability to paddle your kayak as well as board and de-board it on the ladder so keep that in mind.

My friend and I had to opt out of the experience, as upon the arrival we’ve quickly realized how unprofessional this company was. Firstly, they did not reserve kayaks, which we communicated about before and were promised one. But the real the reason we did not participate was the life jackets- they were DISGUSTING: dirty, wet, smelly and generally just not something you would want to spend 2 hours in close skin contact with. Especially during Covid and Monkey Pox times. Really disappointed, as it was my friend’s birthday gift and we were looking forward to this experience very much! The guys handling the operation didn’t seem to care at all. Very sad and I would definitely suggest to try another company for what should be a fun, safe and enjoyable experience. ED

This is an unfair review as you did not attend our experience. Very sorry but we do not issue refunds if you canel after our start time. We realize things happen but we have very limited space and only one group per night. Should you need to cancel or reschedule you only need to communicate before hand. We do not refund for cancelations after starting time. Also reservations for kayaks are possible just let us know before hand and remind us when you arrive you reserved. Life jackets are cleaned after each group with hibiclens surgical sanitizer and replaced every year.

We had to cancel because 2 of my friends got positive for covid! These people are soo in considerate! They just said "we don't care if you got covid.... you will not receive a refund." So if you ever need to go to this place make sure you don't get covid or anything because they will steal your money! These people are the worst people I've seen in miami!!!

After declining your refund you told us you had covid. We then asked for a covid test which you never sent. Sorry again you cold not attend you only need to let us know before hand.
