Good but no where to see

Good, but no where really to go. Staff was very nice and prompt with accommodating my girlfriend and I. Brought our kayak super quick. You will have to pay an extra $13 per person fee. Only place really to go is close to the shore and there are other people in the water so be careful with them. But all in all good date idea if you’re looking for something different.

It poured down raining when we arrived. We were not able to get what we paid for. The company did not refund our money. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Hi Ellen Trinity, Miami weather during the summer is raining on and off and unfortunately we have to adjust to it. It can be pouring rain and 20 mins later it will get sunny like there was no storm at all! We have to go in between the storms and wait for a window to be able to go back out. You might of arrived during a storm and didn't want to wait for it to pass. We will have you credit saved with NO expiration date and you could reschedule your booking for a future date. Regards,

IVE ASKED FOR A REFUND from viator because I GOT TURNED AWAY TWICE THEY STOLE MY MONEY! That is all, for some reason I’m required to write more.

Jacob, You booked one kayak/paddleboard through Viator. As advertised on this third party website, there is additional fees for taxes/fees. We have been in business for over 15 yrs, we do not stole any money from our customer or wouldve have been shut down already. You just didn't want to pay the remaining fees that you were aware of. We will save the credit for your booking with no expiration date for a future dates... Sorry for this. So confused of what you can be upset with!

I had a good experience! I was by myself to kayak and everything was good. I have kayaked before so I knew what I was doing, but the guy helping me get in didn’t give any further instructions. Just told me to come back in an hour. Fine by me! The only down side is that the lines are very long. I would suggest getting there right when they open. I made my reservations weeks before I went so that helped too. Over all, good experience and the price was unbeatable. I will go again when I come back to Miami.

Weather was beautiful, area to kayak was nice. There was a very nice little island to beach the kayaks that was wonderful. The only thing we didn’t care too much for was that they did not give us what we asked for (3 single kayaks) they gave us a double and a single kayak. They also did not tell us where to go or when we should have been back by. It seemed a little disorganized.
