      You are responsible for transportation back to the hotel or pick up point. After the tour concludes, we finish at Bayside Marketplace, located in downtown Miami. Bayside is a market Filled with a variety of restaurants, activities, and attractions to explore.

    Pickup details

    Courtesy Hotels pickups are only available in South Beach and Bayside Marketplace at Downtown Miami. However, please note that transportation back to your hotel or pick up point after the tour is over is the responsibility of the customer. For tours departing from Bayside Marketplace in Downtown Miami, pick-up time is always scheduled 30 minutes before the tour begins. For example, if the tour starts at 9:30 am, pick-up will be at 9:00 am. Similarly, if the tour begins at 1:30 pm, pick-up at Bayside will be at 1:00 pm. We do not pickup at the Miami Airport or the Cruise terminal. Closest pickup from the Airport and Cruise terminal is at Bayside Marketplace 401 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. Please notify 24 hours before the tour start time to arrange pick up at your hotel. If your hotel is not in South beach, we will provide you with the closest pick-up address to your stay.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

    We had a fantastic trip and were so well looked after by our driver/guide Manuel. He made sure that he engaged with everyone throughout the tour and, in between giving detailed facts about the areas visited, played great music. My favourite area visited was Little Havana, where we were able to sample authentic Cuban coffee and Mojitos. I would definitely recommend this trip as a “must do” when visiting Miami.

    It was difficult to find a Miami City Tour with a boat excursion because they were plentiful, and the reviews were not so great on the Viator website. We chose this because it was for a small group, which we thought beats the crowded large bus tours (which we've done in many other cities). The tour itself was great - a snapshot of Miami for those with very little time, which gives one an idea of which places to explore further, which ones to skip, and where to shop for authentic heritage goods, food, and drink. Manuel was our guide in the morning, and he was just wonderful - he seemed to love the city, had a lot of history and celebrity gossip to impart, and had a cool song list. He also made sure that we got on the right boat, and that we arrived in time for the next boat tour. I gave this tour a 4 out of 5, only because it was hard to see things from inside the van. The tour had a maximum capacity of 14, and it seems our party of two was bundled with a family of 12 adults and 3 kids sitting on their laps - if they had taken off the roof, it would have probably helped. Nevertheless, it was a great experience. Thank you, Manuel.

    Best to take the tour on day one of your visit to Miami. Manuel is a wonderful tour guide. The tour of Little Havana and the arts district was great. Lots of great ideas of places to revisit on foot.

    A great tour that gave you a taste of south beach, the art district and Little Havana, finishing off with a boat tour of millionaires row. The tour guide was very friendly and informative. I would recommend if you’re trying to see a bit of everything. Know that traffic is busy there but the driver was very competent.

    As a solo traveler visiting Miami for the first time, this tour was an excellent experience. I would recommend adding a stop in the South Beach instead of the Wynwood.

    We saw a lot of the Miami area in comfort. Manual was Conscientious guide. I did a great job, appointing out the import parts of Miami along with keeping track of all of us. Portion of the trip was very interesting as well. Beautiful day to be out in the water.

    Fun day but needs improvement

    The trip was good, but the tour walked through Wynn District and not through South Beach which we were looking forward too. On the bus, we couldn't even see the buildings being highlighted by the tour guide. Very disappointing. Then we got to Little Havana and it seemed so rushed. In my opinion, the art district should have just been on the bus and given us more time on South Beach and Little Havana. The boat tour was amazing! Our boat guide was great. Microphones on bus need to be improved as it was difficult to hear near back of bus. Also, bus was too crowded.

    Very insightful and fun tour around Miami. It was a great tour for our 1st day in Miami as tourists. covering the most important attractions of the city. Air conditioned mini van was also great for the heat!

    The tour was nice overall, but very poorly organized. It started at 1 and lasted until 7 pm. It was supposed to start at 1.30 and last 4.30 hours. This created a big problem for us since we had to catch a train at 7 pm. At the beginning of the tour we went to pick up other costumers which took about an hour, so our tour did not really stars until 2-2.15.

    Love going to little Havana and wynwood. In the beginning it was confusing and a lot of driving around picking people up I didn’t care for that at all.

    We went for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. This was a wonderful introduction to a great city that is Miami. Manuel was our tour guide and he did an exceptional job! He was knowledgeable, funny and engaging with all of us. We even went back to some of the places we visited on the tour to further our exploration. I highly recommend this tour!
