The breeze was glorious, the mansions were gorgeous and the tour guide was great. Would have been great to have swivel seats so we didnt have to twist and turn constantly. Worst part was getting there. Was overwhelming at times

Too Much Tabloid, Not Enough of Interest

The music was deafening, and the focus of the tour was Millionaire's Row, the waterfront homes of the rich and famous. Snore. The architecture wasn't even exciting. How about a little history? Some dolphins or manatees? Something memorable.

It's a nice short cruise. The tour needs more interesting information than just where the celebrities live. How about some interesting history or facts about the Miami area or the wildlife? Our guide was friendly but mentioned "tipping" too many times.

This trip was 1 hour rather than the 1.5 hours advertised. After telling us that they only wait for 10 mins, we didn't leave for the first 30 mins of the tour time. The guide was nice and entertaining though

Disappointing trip - couldn’t see a thing!

The boat trip left 40 minutes late - by then it was dark and we couldn’t see any of the sights. Very disappointed. If I wanted a cruise by night I would have booked one.

Thanks for your comments. There's no way we have a delay of 40 minutes, we also recommend people be there 15 minutes before the tour so that we don't have any kind of delay waiting for people. Also at night people enjoy views of Biscayne as well, it's not that dark you mention.

Just okay

The bay cruise was okay. The first part of the cruise was good, when you actually get to see homes. The last part by the merchant channel is just okay. The tour could be modified to cruise by the bayside buildings. I didn’t really appreciate the ‘vacation’ raffle which was noting more than a timeshare signup. Also, some of the music was inappropriate for children.

It was okay except the rain and couldn’t see much for the price i paid for. Also asking for Tip is not the way to do business. If we wanted to Tip we would have but for the price you pay tips should be included
