Not great to book indirectly

Since we didn’t book direct, almost got left behind - even tho we asked tour operator more than once if he was out guide. Didn’t respond to calls (full voicemail), text or Viator chat. Very stressful. Timely once on bus. Not an easy experience to navigate.

The Biscayne Bay cruise was great, once we had found where to meet up. Instructions need to be more precise. Excellent and fun commentary. We were underwhelmed by the Everglades visit. A long way to go for a horribly noisy short boat ride. Only saw 1 alligator but no surprise as way too loud.

Great tour! The boat tour was amazing and relaxing. The Everglades tour was fun and exciting however the transportation was very late, needs to be more organized

It was a nice trip. The guides were experienced, and bilingual. But the time for the boarding is not accurate, they moved the boarding time, 3 times. It said that they will give you a bottle of water, they didn’t. The bus driver was very good.
