          An experience not to be missed...

          I took the elevator to the lower rooftop and found the experience breath taking and exhilarating. Another 90+ steps would have taken me to the second rooftop but the thought of walking all the way down was daunting. I was able to take the elevator back down to the inside of the church which is magnificent.

          Easy access via an elevator. Seeing Milan from the top of the Duomo was really magical. I highly recommend this tour

          Our 90 year old was able to climb up the stairs. The structural design upstairs are a sight to see. The only whole family enjoyed the experience.

          Do not book this trip! Definitely not a day of or a day before! After paying like 90$ I have never received the actual tickets even after emailing tour operator directly few times! They kept sending me a voucher instead of actual tickets. I arrived to Duomo just to find out that they will not except those vouchers! Tickets needed to enter! So I had to purchase new tickets at the ticket office and guess what… 40 something € for 2 people for same ticket ! Half of the price I originally paid! Now I’m back to US and nobody wants to give me a refund on the tickets I have never received!

          Dear Katarzyna, The actual tickets in PDF FORMAT was sent to you twice yet you downloaded the tripAdvisor barcode. Please know that tripAdvisor barcode itself wont allow you entry at the attraction.

          fue a peor experiencia de reserva XD ni vida. un desastre la atención de ustedes y del proveedor. tuve una hora de estrés para que me envíen los boletos. me dijeron cualquier cosa para sacarme de encima. pesimo todo.

          Jamais reçu les billets, vendeur injoignable numéro de téléphone qui sonne à l’infini. Pas d’adresse, pas de possibilité de contact. On a dit racheter à l’accueil de nouveaux billets. C’est du vol, une escroquerie
