          The Duomo is amazing but it was very frustrating as to where to go and where to get my ticket. This tour needs a tour guide or offer audio app while walking through.

          Great views from the rooftop and stunning facade and interior. Tickets arrived ahead of expected and were clear as to which gate to enter. Overall very good experience.

          Misleading tour information - Beware

          We paid for the elevator tour experience. Being disabled, this was an achievable option for me. There was an elevator up to the first viewing level, however there was no return. I had to climb multiple flights of stairs to the top, in order to descend. There was no other way down. This misleading information put my health at risk. Very unhappy with the tour and I feel cheated by the operator. Would never use this service again.

          The tour of the cathedral was great. However the higher price charged by Viator was ridiculous. It’s cheaper and better to go direct to the cathedral website for tickets. The lines were almost nonexistent.

          This was a rip off price. Although we got access to the roof tops, terraces, in the cathedral and the archeological area, I wish I did more research on price instead of using Viator (been reliable every other time) but it’s actually so much cheaper on the Duomo Milano website! Like, approximately €15!! Worth it to do, but not worth booking on here

          The view from the roof top. The climb down the steps. The inside of the cathedral. The wait in line was hard had people cut in front of us. So watch for that.

          Breathtaking views of Milan coupled with access to the exquisite detail of the Duomo made this one of our most memorable events in Italy. Early morning light and perfect weather gave us an incredible interior picture taking opportunities. Now wonder it took 300 years to complete!

          The Duomo tour was great. Having the elevator pass made the tour very enjoyable. It was beautiful to see the architecture and the views from the top A few things to note. The roof gets very not in the summer so be prepared and check to make sure you are in the right attire for entering the church after the rooftop tour. My wife had to buy a cover up as she had in a tank top.

          Vouchers were useless so had to buy tickets. The cashier said this was not the first time this had happened. I have asked for a refund.

          It was an awesome experience and it was a breeze going into the main Church. After visiting the Church we went outside to take the lift upto the roof top waited for 45 mins after which when we reached the top . It was a great feeling on top to look at the way things were all handcrafted all around. Some of the statues we cannot see from the ground but on top the view is splendid and the money is worth it .
