Our tour guide was Omar, and he was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, and had great conversation the whole ride to and from. My friends and I mentioned amongst ourselves that we were hungry, not even 10 minutes later Omar stopped us by a fruit stand. We went shopping at great places, where Omar helped my friends and understand the currency better. After our Blue Hole experience, which was amazing. Omar took us to a popular food bar, and it was the best food I’ve eaten in Jamaica. Anywhere we wanted to stop and take pictures Omar was more than happy to do so. He also took us to get our COVID test at a cheaper location, because the only ones us ladies could find were costly. Overall I enjoyed my day with Omar, please ask to book with him and you won’t regret it.

We were asked to switch to the blue hole plus Dunns River falls as they did not have enough people for the original date we picked. My biggest issue with this trip is it was 13 hours in total instead of the advertised 8. Also they don't mention that the hike up and through the falls is actually pretty scary one wrong move and your done! I was terrified! The request for constant tips was also pretty annoying :(

They cancel the trip because of weather conditions which is understandable but it didn’t rain at all yesterday. At least they was nice enough to refund half what I paid for. Will try again next visit

Our driver Marlon was great, On our ride from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios he was a combination driver and tour guide. While we were all at the Blue Hole and Secret Falls, he stayed at the vehicle to safeguard our belongings. Our guides Tyrone and Akeem were also excellent making sure everyone was safe on the trails and slippery rocks. My only disappointment with this excursion was that it did not go to Scotchies as it stated in the description of the tour. We went to a restaurant called Tracks and Records which is affiliated with Usain Bolt, either through ownership or licensing. The only reason we chose this excursion over the many other tour companies that go to the Blue Hole was because it specifically listed Scotchies as the lunch stop. Viator should remove Scotchies from the description otherwise it borders on false advertising. Unfortunately, this was our last full day on the Island, so we never got to check out this world famous spot.

Blue hole and secret falls are in the same location but walking distance apart. Two separate jumps which was fun. The shopping was just a store next to the restaurant.

This was a great day trip! The waterfall was not over crowded with tourist and we got to swim in the Blue Hole by ourselves for at least a half hour before we decided to climb the falls.

Our driver, Marlon, was very knowledgeable about Jamaica and gave us lots of information on the 2 hour drive to the falls. He kept us entertained, so the drive didn't feel that long. When we arrived at Blue Hole, we we're greeted by Gleneil and Tyrone who were the perfect tour guides. A few people in my party did not know how to swim. Even though we all had life jackets, we still had our doubt about getting in the water. They reassured us that they would not let us drown and stayed right beside us the entire time. It was an overall great experience.

The Blue Hole was beautiful. Started good with SNL tours with the driver...was surprised that he allowed girls who hadn't signed up to get on for an 27 for both. Then he continued to give them freebies, like a 40 photo dvd that several of us had to pay, then over charged us for a beer special so their dinner was free...he purchased a brownie for them but then insisted on stopping at ATM to make them pay 5. Everyone was concerned about time but he had to stop at very scary store for shopping so he would get his kickbacks. I was approached and told to pay additional 20 from what I paid at this website...ended up late back to waiting cruise ship...told to relax we were on Jamacia time mon. Lots of special deals and kickbacks...women stated they didn't feel safe, nobody liked the continual money request/begging. We will not return to this tour or recommend others to use SNL.

Awesome trip with the best driver Marlin! Choose Blue Hole over Dunns River Falls. I've done both and enjoyed this so much more. Climb to the top of 3 different water falls then either jump or rope swing into the blue holes back to the bottom. Marlin was the perfect driver for this day trip. He was full of info and wonderful at getting to know us, too!!
