ARRIVAL – AIRPORT PICKUP Pickup at the airport is on the outside. After clearing Immigration and Customs, go outside to the arrival area. Use the first door on right at the information desk to exit the terminal. Once outside, turn right and walk towards the restroom. Our greeter will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign displaying ISLAND TRANSFER AND TOURS (Do Not look for your Name). Once you have identified the greeter, present your ticket to him and he will escort you to your ride. DEPARTURE/RETURN TRANSFER- HOTEL PICKUP Pickup from the hotel is scheduled 2.5 hours before the departure time you specified on your reservation. A message will be sent through your reservation with your exact pickup time. On your departure date, please check out and be ready at least 10 minutes prior to this time. Meet your driver at the entrance to the main lobby as specified on your reservation. Drivers can wait only 10 minutes after the pickup time given.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Excellent On Time Service!

Our driver Jefro was right on time matter of fact he was early. He was very personable and assisted us with some information that we needed. He also gave us a great history tour on the way to the airport. I would recommend this private pick up instead of the group transfers people were still waiting when we left. A+A+A+

Omg where do I start!! Anthonyyyyyyyy!! My mom and I favorite cab driver . He was so real so genuine so respectful . He made stops for us and he didn’t have to , my mom and I was fortunate to get him twice . The second time was to dolphin cove and he waited and watched us swam with dolphins and even recorded it and lived in the moment with us ! He is so nice I’m so sad we didn’t see him before we left but if you book this company ask for driver Anthony ! You won’t regret it . He’s a vibe !! And if you’re in his hands just know you’re safe !

Booked a private transfer from the airport to the resort. Both drivers were professional, courteous and very friendly. Our driver from the resort to the airport was so awesome. There was an issue at the resort which had our driver waiting, he was so understanding, patient and very friendly. He still got us to the airport with plenty of time! Will definitely use this company again and again!
