What To Expect

When you land at the Sangster airport, bypass the taxi lines, show your confirmation voucher to the driver, and then step inside your waiting transportation. The service covers hotel zones in Montego Bay, Rose Hall, Ocho Rios, Grand Palladium Resort, Falmouth, Negril and Runaway Bay.

For your return trip, your transport will be waiting for you at the prearranged time. End your trip with ease, and arrive at Sangster International Airport in time for your flight. This north Jamaica round-trip transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Lyle was our driver. He is fabulous and never seemed to be in a hurry to drop us off. In fact he stopped at a roadside market and bought us fresh apples! So good. Then he made another stop at an oceanfront bar/restaurant where we had a cold beer. Our ride to Couples Swept Away in Negril was a really nice personable experience! We will request Lyle for our ride back to the Airport. Thank you Lyle!!

Very good service, we arrived went to their desk. He checked our paperwork and took us outside to our driver, who told us about the island as he drove us to our resort. Will do it again when come back.

Long journey from Montego Bay to Negril as start or weekend and everyone out shopping. Driver was excellent and kept us entertained through lots of slow traffic in villages but was great experience seeing everyone out shopping for holidays!!!

We paid for a private round-trip transfer from MBJ to Negril using Viator, but apparently they used Holiday Services to actually provide the service. On arrival we were greeted and left the airport with no issue. However, no private car came to pick us up for the return trip. There happened to be a Holiday Services bus that was available. The driver of the bus made a call to his office on our behalf and they said they would need to send a car from the airport - an hour and half away. We just took the bus so we wouldn't miss our flight. I spoke directly to the Holiday Services rep and she told me Viator would refund a portion of what we paid. it's early yet, so we'll see what happens.

Lets begin by trying to get a hold of these people. They have no answering machine or email address. It says that we must confirm within 24 hours with them that we are coming or else your ride will be cancelled. I tried calling Jamaica from Canada for over 24 hours and the phone just keeps ringing off the hook. I was so annoyed that I called Viator and they attempted to call and confirm for me. After many hours, Viator called me back stating that they were able to get through to them and my transfer was confirmed. I was very grateful to the customer service representative at Viator for that help. Then my flight was delayed by a very long time and again, it states that we have to call if the flight gets delayed that day. The way it was going, it looked like my flight was going to be delayed until the next day as there were technical issues with the plane. So once again, I called and called and called for 2 hours from Canada....no answer and no answering machine. So I called Viator again and the amazing staff once again took over for me and kept calling them. I did get a call back from Viator saying that the transfer company are now aware of my delay. So i finally arrive in Jamaica and there was the driver waiting for us in a large air conditioned van, very clean. He was nice. I was given a piece of paper that stated that I had to meet someone the very next day in my hotel lobby at 11:30am to confirm my departure. This was strange as I asked 3 times if this was correct or not as I wasn't leaving for another 10 days. I was assured 3 times that I must meet with a lady the next day or else my transfer would not come 10 days from then. So the next day I had to stop my vacation to wait in the lobby for someone who didn't show up. I kept calling the local number provided and no one answered. So half an hour later and getting very angry that I am wasting my vacation, the front desk saw me very upset and asked if they could help me. So the Hilton kept calling and finally got a hold of someone and I got to speak to her. Apparently she forgot to come and it wasn't to confirm my pick up time, it was an entire selling tactic to try to get me to go on tours. Apparently they do not answer calls if the number is private or unlisted. The hilton was very annoyed with all the calling they had to do for me and they made a note of the company name as to not recommend them to any of their customers. Then it was time for the pick-up. Pick-up time was 11:30am, the driver came at 11:45am. Once again, the Hilton kept calling and calling for me and once again, there was no answering machine or message. When the driver finally came, the bell man started hassling him because his company did not having any means of communication. I did not get angry with the driver as he is just an employee. He was very nice and I did tip him, but I do not suggest this company at all. I was able to just get a taxi the second time I was there right from the airport for 35US for 3 people total and no hassles and no long distance charges on my cell phone. Viator, please find another company for customers to use or tell these people to get an answering machine and email address since they are only dealing with international customers.

We were in Montego Bay for a short 5 days and we stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort, which was AMAZING!!! We booked with Viator just one day prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, we were not able to use Club MoBay at the airport!! However, the folks at Viator were very accommodating to get us a private car transportation to and from the airport to our resort. Both of our drivers were Wonderful and very Funny. They gave us some helpful hints on the Do's and Don'ts while in Montego Bay and even at our resort. When I hear private transfer, I think someone will be waiting for me with a sign with my name on it. Not so. You have to go to some desk that is not even labeled on your printout, stand in line with all the shared ride people....then, eventually you get your car. On the return trip the driver showed up 1 hour early and argued with me because I was obviously not ready to go. Airport to Hilton is only 40 one way in cab. worth the extra !

The experience was a lot longer than I expected. The people at the airport were not friendly and the gentleman helping us was too busy on his phone. Very poor customer service. We watched countless people get picked up at the airport. They were way gone and he is telling us hold on while we are waiting for him to get off his freaken phone.

Overall a good experience. I don't think anyone was truly waiting at the airport at our arrival but our car arrived about 10 minutes after we were checked in with the car company. Departure hotel pick up was on time.
