This guided day trip to Punta del Este was absolutely beautiful and worth the time. Our tour guide Orlando was prompt and informative during the entire drive there. He knew the best places to go to and was really friendly and answered all of our questions. Make sure you visit Punta del Este if you're in Montevideo!

I had a really great experience visiting Punta del Este. Sergio was an amazing tourist guide! They were very pontual to pick us at the meeting point.

Not worth 12 hours on a bus

Nice to see the coastline . The price was reasonable. Marcella was a good guide. The lunch was delicious. But 12 hours, many on the van (with uncomfortable lumpy seats) was not worth it for the very few sights. If you want to see Punta del Este, maybe rent a car or take a bus and spend the night.

Wet but great

Unfortunately the weather was awful as it rained heavily all day. However this did not spoil our enjoyment. Pablo was an excellent guide and was always on hand with his umbrella. Casapueblo was the highlight of the trip.

A varied day out with Ricardo who was an excellent guide, informative, helpful, organised. You have to accept the itinerary and time spent at each stop may not be as you might have chosen eg I would have liked more time at Casapueblo but there should be something for everyone in the schedule. I was picked up first, it took an hour to collect the whole group from various hotels and by the time we got back it was the best part of an 11 hour excursion. Nevertheless, I would recommend it. We saw alot and learnt alot.

We had the best tour guide of all with Ricardo, who repeated everything in three different languages. The visit to the artist's house was amazing and could have been stretched to 90 minutes. He made lunch arrangements at a great restaurant (best meal I've had all week). There was plenty of time for shopping, taking photos and walking around. I loved it! And it wore me out!

Good tour for price but VERY unorganized

I had a good time on this tour and am glad I did it, but the organization was NOT good. I received a message on viator with the pickup time the night before and then in the morning messaged the company on whatsapp to confirm the time when my guide was late to pick me up, but somehow they forgot me and left the city without me. The bus with the rest of the group had to turn around to pick me up, so we were very delayed and thus rushed for time later in the day at the casa pueblo museum

We enjoyed our tour with Ricardo. He did a good job of interpreting Uruguayan history and the things we saw, and we learned quite a bit. The bus was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bus was very late picking us up due to construction. The guide kept us updated on their progress, but it would have been nice if the company had planned the pickup route with construction in mind. Nonetheless, we had a great day.

Lovely drive from Montevideo to Punta del Este on comfortable coach w Wi-Fi. Great tour guide. Visited CasaPueblo, harbor, hand in sand, beaches, nice lunch. Long day but highly recommend this your tour. Beautiful beach resort.

I will start first with a high recommendation for this tour! Full day trip to a world famous resort in Uruguay. The tour was very well organized from hotel pick up to the end. We happened to go during the carnival and the busiest tourist season. The more, the merrier! We had a group of 30 on the bus and that's the moment to mention our tour guide Ricardo: he was amazing in providing information in 3 languages - English, Spanish and Portuguese. Very knowledgeable, resourceful, full of practical tips for such a diverse group of tourists, energetic and helpful, making sure everybody and everything is OK. My husband and I were the last to be picked up. There were no seats together on the bus and it was fine with us, but Ricardo went above and beyond to accommodate us to sit next to each other. We greatly appreciated his customer service! Visiting Punta del Este with him was a great experience. We are sure that he was also the one who ordered a sunny beautiful weather for the day of our tour!!! :) Vera

It's a beach town.

We were picked up at 8 am. Group size was supposed to be a maximum of 16. Instead we were 30! Pick up wasn't over until 9:30. Arrived in Punta del Este at 11:45 - almost 4 hours after pick up. On the way home we were last dropped off, at 8 pm. Long day.

Casapueblo and punta del este were stunning, amazing price for an all day experience, plenty of picture spots and tourist attractions. Our tour guide Sergio was amazing: told and showed us about the best areas and would recommend us what to do at as well as where to eat where he would leave us at. He sent us videos explaining the places we went to, as well as took amazing pictures of my husband and I. We were also able to see some sea lions.

It’s worth your time and $50 for an all day tour!

The stop at Casa Campo was the best. Our guide, Sergio, was kind and tried his best to speak in three languages to accommodate all participants. His strength was definitely Portuguese. Others probably lost a bit of info but oh well.

We loved seeing the Punte Ballena and the Casa de Pueblo. Our guide was personable and fun. I would have preferred more free time to go to the beach or walk the town of Punte de Este by myself.

The artist’s home and museum were the highlight. Punte del Este is a nice beach town. It was fun to see the sea lions. Lunch at Zach was very good. I only gave 4* because it was a long ride there and back. Marcela was a great guide.

A pleasant day, Marcella our guide was just super she took care of everyone, the bus was very confortable with toilet for any urgencies, this tour is a must if your are in Montévidéo beautifull sceneries. If you are not a museum lover like we are don't go in to casa Puablo.
