Pauly with Dream tours was a terrific tour guide. He was engaging, entertaining and informative. Pickup and drop off went without a hitch and the van was clean and well maintained. For what was apparently his time on this tour, the driver did a very good job.

Loved the iteniary. The guide Marcela was super nice and cared that you had a good time but she needs to say less and speak way slower. I think the experience would have been almost better without a guide. Just have the driver bring us to the places and tell us when to be back.

Comprehensive tour of Punte del Este and Casa Pueblo. Plenty of free time for lunch and beach. Our guide Joseline was excellent, giving information in three different languages to accommodate a very international group on the bus. A little hiccup on the way home when the bus broke down but the situation was resolved very quickly when another bus arrived to take us home. Excellent customer service all round!

Too much time going to some lookout. Not enough time at the museum. Did provide a translator for five of us. Everyone else was Spanish speaking.

Horrible experience, basically a waste of a whole day. Long drive for absolutely nothing! Don’t Waste your day. The bus smelled sooooo bad due to the bathroom in the back probably overflowed…..

Great experience. It was to book. Very good communication by tour operator, Inver. Comfortable bus. Overall, the tour to Punta Del Este was a delightful journey that left a lasting impression, making it a must-visit for travelers with an appreciation for coastal elegance and cultural richness.

It was a good trip to see Punta del Este along the ocean and the river. It was a nice place with lots of shops and restaurant but not much else. It was a very windy day to do something else like walking or strolling. It costs only $45. So I’d say it was worth the tour. The guide was kind and helpful. He drove through some neighborhoods and a few interesting places before getting to the destination, which I appreciated very much.

Pablo was an excellent guide - he managed to talk clearly in 3 different languages and was happy to chat more in person. Pick up was also great.

Visiting Casa Pueblo was so interesting, especially hearing about the owner’s life. Punta del Este is a beautiful seaside resort not to be missed.

We had a good day visiting beautiful places - Casapueblo is one of the most amazing places I've visited in Uruguay. Punta del este is beautiful and definitely worth the visit. Unfortunately there were some issues with the tour: We booked a tour in Portuguese, and the guide spoke Spanish the whole time (after we complained she translated a few word during her speech, but this was still far from a trio in Portuguese). Also, we were the last ones picked up so we sat on the back of the bus and for most of the trip all we could here was the loud bus engine - even after telling the guide that it was impossible to hear anything from the back, no changes were made to the volume of the microphone nor to her positioning inside the bus. Would not recommend this tour to anyone - find another agency or rent a car and go visit those places with your friends or family.

Very good. Felt slightly rushed at the Casa Blanca museum and the first stop on the hill didn’t feel entirely necessary (but it was a holiday so some things were closed). Good amount of free time in Punta del Este

This tour company has been out of business for several months! Scam, filed a complaint with the Uruguay Department of Tourism at the Montevideo port. Viator should not have this listed...and they show we completed the tour! Several left at the port to find an additional tour!! Terrible Viator!

Please note that we attempted to contact you several times, but we were unable to reach you because you were on a cruise and the meeting needed to be set up in advance. This tour is generally designed for people who are already staying in the city and have a strict schedule. Our agency is still working normally, and we don't know where you got that information. Since we opened, you can see we have recent feedback and we have never closed. In any case, I am sorry about your experience in our city.

Our guide Paulo was great, we had a great time talking with him. Sorry, but I can't remember the other guide's name, however she was very nice to us especially to my husband who had fun interacting with her even though he doesn't speak very much Spanish. The trip was exactly what we expected and had plenty of free time to do what we wanted.

Lilian is an excellent guide and her English is perfect. I’m amazed how she can do it in Spanish, Portuguese and English but she handled everything beautifully. She’s very detailed and clear with information such as meet up locations and time, which I appreciate, and she’s very warm and friendly. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. I saw all the things I wanted to see in Punta del Este, had a delicious lunch, had some time to wander on my own and shop, and had a very safe and comfortable ride on the bus. Just a great day! You should book this tour without hesitation.

If you want to understand what is being said by your guide, this is not the tour for you.

Trying to understand the guide, who in a very rapid monologue tried to speak in Spanish, English & some Portuguese. It was like see how fast I can speak and make it very difficult to understand in any of the languages.
