Pickup details

A complimentary pick up from several hotels in Downtown Montreal can be arranged when requested at least 24 hours in advance. This can also be done by choosing from the hotel list upon booking. If your hotel is not included, please send us a message as early as possible and we will advise the closest pick-up point. Pick-up from the listed hotels starts by 9 am. Please wait patiently in the lobby by 9. Your provided mobile number will be contacted when you need to meet your guide outside. Pickup and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel. If you choose to join at the start point at Square Philips, please be in the Square Phillips by the monument by 9:15 am, and wait for a text from your guide.

Wearing a face mask is highly recommended in the vehicle and in closed spaces during visits, but not manadatory. Wearing gloves is highly recommended inside the vehicle. Our guides/drivers who have tested for COVID19 and are positive, or have been in contact with a confirmed case will not be allowed to do any tours. Some activities/visits might not be doable due to 3rd party temporary closure.
In case of special events or roads closure tour/attractions could be modified without prior notice.
Smoking, e-cigarettes and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
No luggage or bags in general can be left on our unattended vehicles during visits or lunch break. Anything, you bring on with you must by curried on while not on the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

My wife and I were impressed with how seemlesslly our guide, a native of Monetral, could regale us with stories about Montreal's history while calmly negotiating the narrow streets in an unhurried relaxed manner deisigned to cater to the enjoyment of her customers. We were fortunute that there was only one other couple with my wife and I who were from Toronto. When we done my wife and I agreed that her personal familiarity with city's neighborhoods when combined with anecdotes of historical significance that brought those neighborhoods gave us a perspecitve that we never could have acquired exploring the city on our own. Her first name was Francoise and I believe she specialized in Montreal tours. I don't usualy rpvide a reivew like this but as someone whose grandparents emigrated from Quebec province to the United State, I really appreciated her scholarly yet charming approach to sharing her deep knowledge of Montreal.

Oh my goodness, what a treat this tour was for us! With only one full day in Montreal before leaving for Quebec City we wanted to see as much of Montreal as we could. The cost was an initial concern, but we’re so glad we decided we were worth the money. Fran, our guide, was absolutely fabulous in every way. It was easy to communicate with her before the tour to arrange our pick up as we weren’t staying in one of the listed hotels. Fran knew her history and even went a step further to do some research on her lunch break to learn about our hometown of Louisville Kentucky and its connections to France. We were a party of five for the morning tour, but it was just my husband and me on the afternoon tour. Fran became our personal guide, giving us a chance to stop at a sugar shack and just listen to some of her stories. She is truly a delight and I’d go out of my way to make sure she was my guide when taking this tour. Go ahead and treat yourself. It’s money well spent, and I promise it would be impossible to see all of the sights we saw without Fran as your guide.
