Renting these E bikes was the best experience. We rode along the ocean, stopped a little seaside restaurant and bar, and met some wonderful people along the way. The E bike staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and had our bikes ready when we showed up. I would highly recommend it as a great way to get around Napier.

The e-bikes were ready and seats were adjusted for our height prior to arrival. The gave us a map and told us the best route to the wineries based upon the time we had. The e-bikes were wonderful and were still at full power after 30 km. Highly recommend this company.

Napier is a great place to ride an electric bike. We did 42 miles in 3.5 hours. Bikes were in excellent condition. We enjoyed the fact that they were pedal assist bikes. The map we were given was very helpful. Trails were well marked. Napier is a fun place to visit.

Great ride around Napier

We loved our bicycle ride around Napier. Check in was quick and we were on our way in no time. The trails were easy to follow and the scenery was lovely. We made our way to a winery for a tasting. We rented e-bikes which we needed on the uphill climb to the winery otherwise the trails were pretty flat. The bike shop was very helpful.

Having never ridden e-bikes before, we were a little hesitant but the clear and simple instructions we got about it’s features had us feeling confident almost immediately. The 2 business operators that we spoke with were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The maps given were clear, with plenty of options and routes. Napier has clearly invested some money into upkeep of these trails, we loved having plenty of dedicated space so that we rarely had to be riding in traffic. All up, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended😁

Everything was great!

Easy location for pickup, was literally right across the street from where our cruise line shuttle was dropping off people in town. Ebikes were ready and waiting for us and the staff helped check the fit and setup on each bike and we were on our way in less than 10 mins. Good quality e-bikes we had no issues and it made for a pleasant day.
