For cruise ship passengers only, pick up is from the Pink Flag meeting point in the Soundshell, directly opposite the MTG building on Marine Parade, Napier. Simply take the free shuttle bus from the port and get off at the first stop outside the Napier i-SITE Visitor Information Centre. The marshalls wearing hi-vis vests will direct you to the Pink Flag Meeting Point a short walk away.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Had a great tour around Napier and the surrounding areas with our guide, John. John shared a lot of insight and knowledge about the area and history that made our visit well worth it. We had wonderful weather, and the views from the various viewpoints (Bluff Hill, Te Mata peak) were excellent!

Paul was a great tour guide! Unfortunately he couldn’t control the weather. It was cloudy on top of Te Meta peak. Really enjoyed the effort he put into telling us all about Napier and the side trip to Bluff Hill Lookout & Hastings. The art-deco vibe in Napier was so cool!

We LOVED Napier and Hawkes Bay area. It was the highlight if our cruise to NZ. The town is full of classic art deco buildings, locals wearing roaring 40's Gatsby outfits and driving beautiful vintage cars. Our guide was excellent and very funny. The highlight of the day was Te Mata Peak and visiting Birdwoods Gallery which has beautiful stone and metal sculptures and a gift shop. We had time at the end to have lunch in town before taking the transit buses back to the ship. Definatley recommend the 4 Hr small group tour of Napier and Hawkes Bay.

Great day tour for our port day in Napier. We toured around the city learning all about it and the beautiful art deco style buildings before going further afield. Paul took us to a variety of sights and showed us some amazing views. Thanks for a great day Paul. Highly recommend!
