We got this booking only a few hours before the starting time of the tour and we offered a private tour at the same cost (instead of 4 times more as it is the normal price of a private tour) 3 hours later, not 6! Then, we apologize for the refund taking 5 days but that is not our fault as well we don't bother you with any survey but Viator did! Anyway, we’re sorry it didn't work but we also hope you join one of our tours in the future to change your mind about us.
