Depending on the size of your party, you'll book either a sedan or a sports utility vehicle for this private transfer service. Upon arrival at Nashville International Airport (BNA), you'll be met by your professional driver. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private vehicle, you’ll be driven straight to your downtown Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin or general Nashville area accommodation.

When making a booking for this private arrival transfer from the Nashville International Airport to your chosen destination, you will need to advise your flight details and your destination details to complete your reservation. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

Important note: Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle.

  • Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The trip from the airport to the hotel was very expensive!! I went though a tour company and this was our first time in Nashville. I found out from other guests at the hotel that an Uber ride is more affordable. Also , I could not understand him very well

I booked this last minute as I didn’t want to take a chance on an Uber. On the plus side, the driver was prompt and arrived close to the airport pickup point. No waiting. He got us to our destination in a timely fashion. On the downside, the company shows black cars and limos in it's advertising photos. What they should show is an old Honda Civic beater with horse blankets for seat covers. The accompanying smell was a combination of unwashed version of the aforementioned horse blankets and a heavy dose of gas station air freshener over the top to mask the underlying unpleasantness. Knowing what I know now, I would have probably preferred an Uber.

Not at all as promised or pictured. Not a private transfer service but an Uber driver in the worst car I have ever been in with no air conditioning on a 90 degree day. Cost more than twice what a regular Uber would have been.

My hubby& I were extremely impressed with our tour guide/chauffeur Amy who was in constant contact with us to let us know she was here early & was at airport , & where she was located. I text back & forth to let her know when we hot our baggage & that she could drive right up to where we were , as I was in wheelchair. Amy was so kind, gracious & knowledgeable & was just the best ! I would highly recommend her to everyone & give her a 20 star review! It was a pleasure & I Thsnkyou. :))

They didn’t even show up. They were unresponsive when I tried to reach out via Viator. The description of the transfer does say to call when you are ready to be picked up. But, after you book, it says this NOWHERE on the voucher or in the email confirmation. I received no communication from the limo company until I requested a refund. They asked that I call and gave a bad number. They did eventually give a working number, where I sat on hold for an extended period then was finally connected to a very rude “dispatch manager.” For that it’s worth, I’ve taken a lot of car services from airports all over. I’ve never had to call when I arrive. This company had the flight info. Part of their job is to monitor the flight. (Which, by the way, was on time.) Terrible terrible service.

I never got a message from them telling me where to meet, I had to call was put on hold for over 10 minutes. All in all it took someone over 45 minutes to pick us up. I always use car services from the airport never had this happen. Our driver was very nice

Spent 20 mins on phone trying to figure out where the driver was. Finally got a text that he was stuck in traffic. Paid $85 upfront for the driver to be super late. Hopped in a taxi immediately for only $40.
