We love the food tour. Everything we ate was quite delicious. Eric was a super tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable even though he was new. Went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The only negative I can say is that the website says this tour is 2 1/2 hours long one in fact it’s up to 3 1/2 hours. We had to leave before the last stop to go to another Activity and missed catfish tacos, and banana pudding. This made us a little sad.

She made the tour a lot of fun for us and we learned lots of stuff about Nashville. We had a great group of really friendly people from all over. Would definitely do this kind of tour again! Not worth the money

This food tour was average (3/5). I have done food tours in most cities we visit and unfortunately this was the most disappointing. The food was fine, the pulled pork was a large sandwich but was cold, the burger was tasty but essentially a fast food item, and the “hot chicken” was a single wing on a piece of white bread. Our guide was nice but did not do much guiding, and didn’t really speak about the food or places we visited. Overall this was a disappointment and is definitely NOT worth the money.

Disappointing

The food on our tour was mediocre at best. For example our “hot chicken” dish was a dry, small chicken wing/drumstick sitting on a plain white slice of store bought bread and a small pickle slice. Nothing else. So disappointing. The best part of the tour was walking past a speakeasy that we came back to after the tour. The speakeasy, which offered mocktails as well, was the highlight for us. And that wasn’t even part of the tour.

Great food, good history and cultural info (but we wanted even more of it)

The food included was excellent and we were plenty full by the end! There was a lot of great tid bits of interesting facts included on the tour but I was hoping for more. Either the time should be decreased at each stop or the guides should be given more facts / history / cultural tid bits because there was a lot of time that we just chatted with the other couples.

If other are taken to those same spots they should have better food options in that Area.

Our tour guide was really nice and understanding, the food spots weren't great. Taco at ladybird was not good, the sandwich at Bottle Cap. At Edley's the grits was great but the pull pork taco was not.
