After reviewing your reservation, it is seen that at no point did you communicate with our team that you would like to make a change to your booking.
Removing 1 person from your reservation would have been a simple amendment once received the day prior, however, our team was only made aware of this when you were literally checking in at the attraction and at this point it would have been too late.
You could have contacted our team by phone (Call or WhatsApp), using the number provided on your voucher, or message us directly through the Viator App using the message tour operator button (which we had used to send you your pick-up details).
We encourage you to always contact your listed tour operator as soon as an issue arises so that we can best assist you with finding the right resolution.
