- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Do not EVER book anything through Viator. The cancellation policy does not allow you to only cancel one participant, but rather the entire booking will be cancelled. Viator does not provide a phone number to speak directly to the attraction since they are a 3rd party booking company. We would have loved to speak directly to the ATV adventure JamWest so that we could have cancelled one rider due to medical conditions and the others could participate. Instead, we still had to pay for one rider that didn’t participate. The transportation company would not have allowed non registered participants to ride their bus, so again, cancelling the entire reservation was not an option. Also, this adventure cost $40 less when purchased thru the hotel instead of prebooking through Viator. Overall this was a money grabbing scam. I will never use Viator to book anything again.

After reviewing your reservation, it is seen that at no point did you communicate with our team that you would like to make a change to your booking.
Removing 1 person from your reservation would have been a simple amendment once received the day prior, however, our team was only made aware of this when you were literally checking in at the attraction and at this point it would have been too late.
You could have contacted our team by phone (Call or WhatsApp), using the number provided on your voucher, or message us directly through the Viator App using the message tour operator button (which we had used to send you your pick-up details).
We encourage you to always contact your listed tour operator as soon as an issue arises so that we can best assist you with finding the right resolution.

ATV was a fun excursion. However, there was poor communication when it came to pick up time from our hotel. I called to inquire about the pick up time, but noone returned my call to confirm pickup. Then the driver showed up at 730. He was generous to wait for us.

We had a fun ATV ride, however, it was supposed to be a 2-hour ride and we only got 1 hour 20 minutes. Very expensive for what we got! Novice level.

The experience was so much fun ! However I feel I paid to much , due to COVID the water park was closed and we never go to do the mineral bath .

The ATV Adventure was ok but it was very short for the amount of money that was spent. We’ve done this in Ocho Rios and the course was phenomenal. The course was not real muddy so we did not get the outback mud experience.
However, the hosts were excellent and the vehicles were great. If the course was longer, it would definitely be 5 stars.

We were expecting to ride in vehicles similar thrones pictured, not 4 wheelers. We picked this particular excursions as that is what we wanted versus a 4 wheeler. The group was quite large and so if was difficult for those who wanted to go a little faster and have a little more adventure to do so. However they were being held back by the slower vehicles. They should maybe ask who is experienced and separate those riders out to give them a better experience over all.
