Great driver, smooth journey. The falls are beautiful. Just be careful if you decide to use the rope swing, they don't give any instructions and if you do it wrong it's painful. It wasn't very crowded, which is why we decided to go here rather than Dunn's River. Lots of time to paddle around in the waterfall pools if you want to. The food at the restaurant was good.

We had a great experience! Our driver was great he was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. Our tour guide got us some awesome pictures! I can’t wait to go back

Demar was an awesome host/driver. Accommodating and knowledgeable. He told us about each parish as we drove through it. Stopped to allow us to get beef Pattie’s. Waited for us to complete our YS FALLS jump/tour.

Falls were beautiful however we felt rushed through each step.

I was surprised when we booked this trip that the amount we paid was just for transportation and we still had to pay more once we got to the falls. I was with 16 other people and I felt like we were rushed through from one section to the next. The falls were beautiful and it would've been nice to not feel rushed through.

Buenas, somos de Argentina. Hicimos esta excursión, la positivo es que te llevan en transporte privado, pero demasiado caro 100 usd por persona y 21 usd la entrada al lugar. Las cataratas y el lugar son muy lindos y están muy bien cuidados. Hay piscinas artificiales para refrescarse. Pero el lugar en si, en muy pequeño. En 10 minutos lo recorres. Relación precio-calidad, no coincide. Si tengo que recomendar, lo haría por mi cuenta, saliendo desde Negril, pactando un precio con un taxista local. (Va a ser mucho más económico), son dos horas de ida y dos de vuelta. Y en 20 minutos recorriste todo el lugar.

Thank you for voicing your concern. Given that it’s a private transportation there is no way that it should have been cheaper. It isn’t also stated that the entry fee is not included before booking. You also advise the falls was so small it could be walked in 10 mins, but that’s was all on you. You were advise to get a tour guide who would have taken you on a full tour of the falls and surrounding area but you also choose not to, so why are you here with all the negativity.
