Excellent tour guide and transportation services at Taj Mahal and Agra area

We had a fantastic experience with this group who handled all our ground transportation from ship port to airports and hotel drop off with seamless professionalism. Our fabulous tour guide Sadiq made sure we made sunrise at the Taj Mahal despite late flight arrivals etc. Sadiq is a very knowledgeable and personable guide who also takes amazing photos! He made our perfect day in Agra come true by also taking us to Baby Taj, Fort Agra and to see local artisans who are still practicing the vintage handmade methods of producing inlaid marble carvings and embroidery with metals and semi precious stones. Our driver Manoj was also wonderful; transporting us safely and efficiently during our 48hr non-stop stay.

This tour was well organized with handoff’s between drivers, train, and tour guide being seamless. Ajay (driver) and Arif (guide) were a great combo. Arif was knowledgeable but also adjusted the pace of the tour based on my interests. The Taj did not disappoint, more beautiful than I imagined but the true hidden gem was the Baby Taj. even more intricate marble cuts than the Taj and less crowded. It was great to just sit almost alone and soak in the artistry and historical culture.

This trip was brilliant. From the moment I was collected from the hotel in the morning, it was clear that I was in very safe hands. Salim, my main guide, was absolutely brilliant, so knowledgeable and patient and knew everything there was to know about the Taj Mahal. Overall, I would highly recommend this trip and company. We had a wonderful tour of Agra. Our tour guide Kaif was very helpful and accommodating. It was great to have flexible timings and spend the time as we wish at each monument we visited. The drivers who picked us back and forth were right on time and we felt very much cared for. Definitely would recommend to any friend who wants a day trip to Agra!

We had a great experience. We booked a trip to the Taj Mahal the night before at midnight. They called us within an hour to let us know that train tickets were sold out but not to worry that they made accommodations for us to go by car instead. The drivers who took us there and back, and our tour guide, Kaif, were the great. They were so patient with us when we wanted to take pictures with our family or needed and eat or go to the bathroom. Kaif was very knowledgeable with the history of the Taj Mahal. He even held my mom’s bag and laid down a handkerchief for my sister to sit on to make sure her white pants did not get dirty. When we almost didn’t make the buffet, he worked his magic and got the hotel to accommodate us. He’s the best! Very professional company. Also made sure we always had water because it’s hot out there. Would definitely book with them again!

Fantastic and memorable

We had a fantastic time traveling from Delhi to Agra by train. We were greeted at our hotel and put onto the train, we were then greeted in Agra. Everything was so easy. Our guide, Amaan was very knowledgeable and amazing photographer. We enjoyed our visit to the Taj Mahal, tuk tuk ride, authentic Indian cuisine, and the Tomb of Etimad Ud Doulah (baby Taj Mahal). We were dropped back at the train and picked up in Delhi to go back to our hotel. It was hot, but they made sure we had lots of water along the way. Highly recommend for a memorable day in Agra.

I recommend this tour as an excellent day trip from Delhi. It includes pickup from (and return to) your hotel and assistance at the train station, so you needn’t worry about any transportation issues. Once we arrived in Agra, our guide, Salim, was very knowledgeable about all of the must-see sites.

Descovering Taj Mahal with a good guide

The guide Mr. Arham, was excelent and a very nice person. His English is very good. We booked a tour by train, but there was no train tickets, as we booked the tour the day before. Therefore, they proposed us going by car. Lunch was medium, but it was largely related to the fact that we choose the Indian option and we cannot eat this type of food after some days eating the same.

Tourguide and driver were excellent. The driver picked me up at 3am so I’d make it in time for sunrise. Highly recommend going at sunrise. I was alone and felt safe the whole time. Tour guide was excellent and took great photos ! My only complaint is that my friend who recommended the tour had paid a flat fee for the pick up from Delhi to Taj Mahal and had a private tour and ticket entry. After I booked, they tried to charge additional for the driver which we ended up not having to pay additional for that. I did pay for the ticket entry into Taj Mahal so make sure you bring cash with you. Overall I still think it’s a great deal/price for the experience. Like I mention above, the tour guide and the driver were both so helpful and kind. I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler.

Smooth trip but with stops at local shops

This was a good tour. Mr. Gul is a nice and knowledgeable host and it felt like a very efficient way to see a lot of sights in a brief time. There was quite a lot of pressure to purchase extra services though, both photos at the Taj Mahal and from a local shopkeeper. I didn't feel comfortable with how much pressure I was under purchase these extras, and would really have preferred it if it was not included. The trip is pretty expensive, so it's not really valid to milk the travellers for even more money in this way. I've also realized that Agra is quite easy to visit on your own. If I was to do it again, I would simply book a couple of nights in Agra and arrange everything else on my own. That would be cheaper, and would also allow for more leisurely travel. That said, everything that's included in this trip is spectacular and well worth a visit. If your uncomfortable arranging things on your own, this really is a good tour. It just comes with extra charges...

The perfect tour experience

Highly recommended! The whole trip from beginning to end was well executed. India can be a confusing environment as there are a lot of cultural considerations so trying to pull this off on your own can be painful. As described, from our hotel we had a ride to the train station, then guided to our seats, provided a snack on the 1.5hr ride, greeted upon arrival, taken to the tour company to meet the guide, and then taken on a fantastic tour with amaan. He was excited to share India's history and enjoyed the questions asked. He helped us navigate lines and busy spots swiftly. His English is excellent. He knew of some great photo op locations and snapped us several pics on our phone. He would periodically trail off to give us some space to explore. If he thought he didn't know, he would acknowledge it and try to look it up, but didn't make stuff up. Many are unaware that the discussions around the Taj mahal can actually be culturally biased. Amaan was open in trying to acknowledge his biases and presented what seemed like a balanced perspective. He really puts history and humanity above all else. He is personal, professional, and kind. We were taken out to a delicious Indian meal that we are glad to have tried and had the local pumpkin delicacy for dessert. When vendors offered us services, he encouraged us to only get what we wanted, not what they recommended. He directed us to actual descendants of the artisans who worked on the Taj, and helped us avoid the illegal shops selling knock offs outside the Taj. We were continually offered bottled water. And the sites themselves were just spectacular. I recommend going on a weekday for less traffic as tens of thousands can show up on a busy day. We would do this again and request to work with amaan again.
