We are grateful that we upgrade the car to SUV beforehand. The trip was quite long around 3.5 hours / way so nicer car would make the experience better. We also love how the car is clean & even the seat was covered (it did WOW us)! Mr. Babban the driver was also very punctual, he also doesn't speak a lot (which is very good as we need to rest on the way)
The guide is also knowledgeable. Well, the things that we regret is not spending much time at the Taj Mahal as we skipped the Agra Fort because we were told that most part of the fort was closed. So we only visit the Taj Mahal & Baby Taj.
I think the next time we come back again to Agra, we will want more time on Taj Mahal as it is just very beautiful!
The tour operator was also very responsive & very professional.
Overall, we recommend this tour.

Taj Mahal is a must see and Keif is the best guide around: he’s very kind, helpful and knows everything about the town and the attractio. I highly recommend.

Early morning pick up right on time and a start of an unforgettable day. Arham was a great guide, knowledgeable and ready to please. Definitely recommend for anyone passing through Delhi and a day to spare to go to Agra.

Great stuff def recommend to go early in the morning. I left at 3 from Delhi but I recommend leaving at 2 to see the sun rise.

This was a Taj Mahal day tour with driver, guide and lunch . Our guide Aman was fantastic-sharing history and information/ protocols, taking great photos of us (he knew all the best places and angles) and the recommended Lotus Restaurant food and service was beyond great. Our car was air conditioned, very comfortable and our driver Bhupinder was very nice as well, making sure we were comfortable and hydrated. They were very good about making suggestions, asking what we wanted and letting us go at our own pace.
Viator people/tours are consistently good. This was something I never thought I would get to see and these two gentlemen made it a very special day I will not soon forget.

Excellent tour! We were pleasantly surprised with how well organized the whole trip was. The driver, Balveer, was prompt for pickup and very courteous and respectful. On the way between Delhi and Agra, he stops for a restroom break if you'd like. Upon arrival in Agra, our guide, Arham joined the vehicle and stayed with us throughout the day in Agra. He was very flexible and catered the quantity and type of information to our preferences. I really enjoyed how at each site he allowed some time for us to explore on our own. It provided a really good balance. It was a hot day and the guide and driver constantly provided us water bottles which was very convenient. We didn't purchase lunch in advance, so we had the option to go to a few places. Again, Arham was very flexible. When the first couple restaurant options he provided weren't to our liking, he added additional recommendations that more fit our preferences. We ended up eating at the Salt Cafe which was quite nice with good food. Highly recommend this tour and hopefully you'll get to go with Balveer and Arham! I would gladly check out other tours with this company again. They truly exceeded our expectations.

We had and exeptional trip to Agra, with very good and nice driver, our guide Arham was the best guide! He knew everything about Agra, history, Taj Mahal and Baby Taj. He also took amazing pictures! He took care of us all the time, so we felt very comfortable and safe! Best organized trip! Really recommend!

Our tour guide, Faizal, was a beacon of knowledge and hospitality throughout the day. His deep understanding of the Taj Mahal's history and significance added layers of insight to our experience, enriching every step of our exploration. Moreover, Faizal's friendly demeanor and genuine passion for sharing his country's treasures made the tour not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable.
Accompanying us on this adventure was our driver, Mr. Singh, whose professionalism and expertise ensured a smooth and safe journey, even in the wee hours of the morning. Despite the early start at 2:30 am, Mr. Singh's cheerful attitude and impeccable driving skills made the journey pleasant and hassle-free. His commitment to our comfort and safety was evident, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead.
Overall, we had a perfect day thanks to our guide and driver. We only had a short time in India for a long layover so we wanted to make the most of our time. Lunch was delicious and we were also able to buy some great souvenirs!
