We really enjoyed how attentive and kind our tour guide Ali was and our driver was very kind and helpful as well. We really enjoyed learning about the story of the Taj Mahal and getting to see the sites. We loved the Agra for and Baby taj as well! They made sure we made it to all our stops and also to the train on time.

Unforgotten experience in Agra

Dear viator, Im on the way back to our hotel from Agra. Bhola our driver pickup at hotel ontime, he called 08:00. He is very polite man, he introduce himself with his limited English. He tried to explain like our tour guide😀. He drove very safely and the car is clean. We stop at the rest area and let us take a rest for a while, after 20 minutes as he said he called to continue our trip to Agra. From start til end of trip, Bhola always ready and standby on every stop to pickup, we never try to find him..it also because good cooperation with our tour guide. Bhola always ready to open car door for us. Arrival in Agra, we met our tour guide Mr. Moon, he also very polite and friendly man. Once we arrive Taj Mahal Mr. Moon explain about profesional photographer and let us decide whether use photogrpher or he will help us take pics. Mr.Moon try to explain clearly, tell us story about Taj Mahal, he is very expert guide. At the end of Taj Mahal Tour, Mr.Moon suggest to check all things to not left behind. At the end of trip, Bhola say goodnight and wish to meet us again. Without viator, it is impossible for us to find Taj Mahal Safely. Thanks to Viator, Bhola and Mr. Moon for our tour today.

We had a great tour. It would have been difficult to do all this ourselves but our guide and driver were great. Our guide Zohaib was very knowledgeable and helped us better understand the Taj. While our driver Riyaz did great. If you plan on going to see the Taj I would recommend this tour.

What a day at the Taj Mahal. From start to finish we were treated with the utmost kindness and the tour was utterly amazing. We took stunning photos, learned about Shah Jahan and Mumtaz, and walked the beautiful grounds. Our tour guide Sameer was a fantastic gentleman with great humor. I would highly recommend this tour. It is a great deal.

Excellent service! Both our driver, Visnu, and tour guide, Sameer, went above and beyond to make our experience incredible and feel comfortable tho right the journey. From history, to culture, and experience the tour was such a fun day. It’s perfect for groups staying in Delhi looking for a day trip or for groups flying in for a quick trip. I highly recommend this tour!

Very good end to end service. Driver was reliable and car comfortable with AC. Tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and entry to monuments fast tracked. Lunch was delicious at a nice cafe.

I have been contacted by my tour manager on the first day of my reservation. He was very accommodating to my travel needs. Our driver mukesh was very good and he drives very smoothly. Ajay my guide was so much knowledgeable Visiting Taj Mahal was my dream, and thanks to these people they made my dream come true and in an excellent way. Food at restaurant in Agra was very delicious and no heavy spices. Truly best services i have ever seen, as i have been traveling all over the world. I found them best.

It's been pleasure trip with Ali and Riyaz. Riyal our guide was a very safe driver and he made me feel comfortable while driving through the busy roads. Excellent driving skills. Ali our guide was so helpful and accommodating to my questions and needs. He generously replied to our questions and always carrying a beautiful spice. Manager of company was constantly in touch with me making sure everything going as planned in our tour. Excellent trip with Excellent team.

Had a nice drive down from New Delhi to Agra, to see the Taj Mahal and a couple of other sites. All went smoothly. Ali, our driver, was courteous and safe and our guide Faisal, did an excellent job of showing us the sites. He has great knowledge and was happy to share history with us, and answer questions.

Great tour. Kasheef was a top notch guide who showed us all the ins and outs of visiting the sites. Without him, our visit would have been a lot less pleasant! I would highly recommend this tour. Ali my driver was amazing and made my day. He was professional and had the roads covered in no time. The trip went smoothly and the Company provided me with a good guide for my visit to the Taj Mahal and Agra fort. Both these sites are worth visiting and ali kept good care of me. He provided me with water bottles and drinks everything i was in the car. I would ask anyone traveling to ask for Ali as his driver.

The trips went smoothly and had some amazing memories during this journey. I was not sure about the trip as it was my first visit to Agra city but faizan and his team of guide and driver were excellent and made sure i don't have to go through any trouble in this journey. The trip went smoothly and both driver and guide made the trip memorable for me. Nabeel and Prakash is a perfect due when it come to tour of Taj mahal. Prakash my driver was perfect on the road and kept me safe in the harsh traffic of Agra and Delhi. Nabeel was a fun loving yet professional guide who knew each and every things relating to Agra city. On top of that when we ended the trip we even got a chance to enjoy the amazing meal at courtyard by marriott. Overall i enjoyed the trip and am happy with what I paid for. Thanks Nabeel and Prakash

The experience was way upto my expectations and I was both thrilled by the trip and was upset that it ended soon. I made some new friends during this trip, shubhan and Ali, my guide and driver for the trip. I was been taken care for the whole trip and Ali made sure that I was comfortable and even bought me some drinks on the way. Shubhan , when we met him was informative and kept his cool even in the extreme heat of Agra. Both the Monuments ,Taj mahal and Agra fort,were amazing but what made my trip was the good gesture of the people from Pioneer Holidays. I would surely come back with my wife and would ask the company to give shubhan and Ali as my travel partners
