Exceptional day at the Taj Mahal with guide Malik

From the pickup at the hotel until return, it was all perfect. In spite of the train pretty late due to fog, we had a perfect day. Enjoyed every moment. Our guide Malik was fantastic, listening to our needs, explaining us everything, high level of education and went beyond our expectations. He even took lovely pictures of each one of us and we had good fun with him. I highly recommend Malik as THE perfect guide for this day in Agra/Taj Mahal The day was worth getting up early and a long journey. Taj Mahal is magic!

Such an enjoyable and educational day spent visiting The Taj Mahal , Agra Fort and a couple of craft manufacturers Our guide for the day, Malik, ensured that our time in Agra, albeit a short one, was filled with the best views, the shortest queues, so much knowledge and humour from him, he truly made our day extra special I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone looking to make the day trip from Delhi - it’s a bucket list experience that we had looked forward to for many years Remember to listen to Malik impart a wealth of knowledge and be prepared for the ‘quiz’ at the end of the day 🤪

Guide was honestly one of the best I’ve experienced . His knowledge on all matters was astounding. Vehicle was clean, driver was good and managed the somewhat crazy traffic on Agra very well. The buffet lunch organized at Bon restaurant was very tasty. VIP access through all points of the tour. All in all one of the best tours I have experienced!

Our tour of the Taj Majal and Agra Fort were both beautiful and interesting. Our guide Malik was very courteous and informative on the history of the sites. The tour logistics from New Delhi to Agra via fast train was seamless with pickups and being met at the train on both ends. Even walked us to our train seats to ensure we did not get lost.

I was expecting to enjoy the Taj Mahal, but it was even more amazing than I imagined. The fort candy, baby Taj Mahal for impressive. We had fun driving through the town and talking with the artisans as they did it work. Our guide Malik knew the history and details of the Taj Mahal. A good day out in Agra

I'm going to give an honest review here so you can make of it what you will. Overall we had a very good experience in Agra and it was an informative day with Malik. Malik's historical knowledge was excellent and he knew all the spots to get good photos. The negative experience for us was the train trip back. We booked 2 days before the visit, and our booking was accepted. The next day we were told that the return trip was not confirmed, and we learned later that the tour company had applied for waitlisted train tickets. When I said I was not comfortable without a guaranteed return trip I was told it was "99%" certain that we would get tickets, but if not then a 'plan' would be made. Turns out it was more like 50% chance and we didn't get tickets. The 'plan' was made with a guy inside the train and we were put on the train without allocated seats. After getting kicked out of the seats we had been told to sit in (they were booked by someone else) we ended up getting only 2 seats for 4 people. In the end it turned out fine and we got back to Delhi when we were supposed to, but it was uncomfortable and awkward. So my lesson is: try not to book this tour last minute, and make sure that your train tickets are confirmed.

Our tour guide Mr. Malik is indeed very knowledgeable and we are happy that you enjoyed his services. As you know you booked 2 days prior to departure the tour and when we received your booking we immediately get you train tickets booked (on the same night we received your booking) and next morning we gave you the information before your tour start, after checking the seats availability from the Railways. Delhi to Agra seat was confirmed & Agra to Delhi was unfortunately wait listed (50 seats) and the likelyhood of getting a conformed seat was only 1% and you ended up getting RAC i.e. shared seats (2 seats for 4). We again deeply regret the inconvenience and the difficulty but as you know we do not have any control of the seats availabaility and it's managed totally of the Indian Railways. Yes it is advisable to book train tour well in advance during high season. We hope to serve you again in near future. Thank you.

We were going to be in Delhi for a couple of days for an Indian wedding and thought of visiting Taj Mahal & Agra. I searched online and found this tour company has the best reviews. We booked this package because we loved the train experience. Before the trip we received our train tickets and driver details. Our driver picked us up on time in our hotel The Imperial, he took us on the train, showed us our coach and seats, On arrival in Agra we met our tour guide Asif, who took us to the Cab and we went to the Taj Mahal. Our visit to the Taj Mahal far exceeded our expectations. A big reason why was our amazing guide Asif. He was great at adding background information, history and perspective. Asif also took beautiful and memorable pictures for us. After the taj we went for lunch to the local Pinch of spice restaurant. Food it’s awesome. After lunch we enjoyed Agra fort & local famous inlay crafts. It's a very unique art and I love it. At the end of day he got us back to Agra railway station and escorted us to our coach and seats. On arrival in Delhi, there was our same driver to take us back to our hotel. I would highly recommend this tour company and tour guide Asif.

Incredible tour

I have so many positive things to say about this tour, especially our tour guide. First of all, I want to thank you Ashish for organizing such an amazing trip for us. I took a day trip by train and it was the most fantastic trip of my life. Our driver Hari collected us from our hotel and took us right to the train & our seats. Our train seats are first class Air-conditioned. Our tour guide Asif Khan met us in Agra railway station. Asif was friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped us every step of the way. We couldn’t have completed this without him. We went to the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & the Babi Taj. Asif took us very great pictures. He is a very professional photographer too. We had a great lunch at Pinch of spice restaurant, the food was delicious. I would strongly recommend Asif & this tour company to anyone planning a trip to India. I can’t wait to come back to India and see the Taj Mahal again with my family.

Day trip to Agra

We booked a Private Taj Mahal day trip by Gatimaan express train with All including from Delhi and it was an awesome trip. Our driver arrived on time and the car also was comfortable for two of us to travel. He helped us to show our train seats. This train takes only 90 minutes to reach Agra from delhi. Our tour guide Asif was amazing, Super friendly and explained everything about the sites and the Taj Mahal. He also knew a lot of tricks for special pictures, so now I have a lot of special and cool pictures to show to my friends and family. Lunch was great with vegetarian options. The car was modern, reliable & clean. The Driver was experienced and very capable. Definitely highly recommend his services !!!

Mr. Asif, our tour guide made this tour thoroughly enjoyable and smooth. Me and my wife were quite impressed by his knowledge about the Taj and other local attractions. Overall, the tour was very well organized. We were picked up from our hotel, helped to board the train and picked up by Asif in Agra. Same on the return journey, with Asif checking on us through texts till we got back to our hotel. Highly recommended .
