    The museum is so well done and there is soooo much history and information. It would take days to do it justice, but we enjoyed the hours we spent there. It is a sobering place that instills a lot of thought.

    I’m a Charter Member of the Museum. I’ve waited a long time for an opportunity to come from my home in Georgia to visit the Museum and to see my Grandfather’s name on the Honor Roll there. I loved how each part of the time frame and the peoples involved had its own area that was set up to be as close to authentic surroundings as possible. I’m a retired Educator, and have 9 grandchildren. This is a MUST for all to experience! We must not forget the sacrifices made, the lives lost, and the reasons this came about.

    The movie - terrific The 4D with the people walking in front of the screen before movie started I thought were real The seats moving - making it feel like you were there - amazing Great job New Orleans - despite the crime you have - I felt very SAFE. Daniel O Bates

    The museum was fantastic. Didnt allow enough time. The film was good and the 4d effects made it. Make sure to check out the gift shops.

    Truly enjoyed our visit to the museum. So many artifacts and stories and so much historical information! I can see how people can visit it multiple times and still find something new.

    Very good outing for a day. If you’re not impatient and can take the time to view the individual shows and the longer movies this could easily take a whole day. Might be a little boring for younger children who don’t understand/appreciate the sacrifices and struggles of the war.

    I can’t pick just one thing! All of it was interesting! You need almost all day to see everything! I only saw about half of it and what I saw was so informative! The 4D movie was also very fascinating. Would recommend this museum for any history buffs or anyone wanting to know about the past!

    Such a fantastic place! Excellent information on the Pacific & European theatre. If you are into history you must go there. Also go to the 4D movie - it is excellent.

    Such a wonderful museum sharing stories about heroes. There were 8 adults and 2 children, ages 7 and 10. I don't think the children understood the significance of the stories. But, they did enjoy the planes, boats, and guns.
